“The initial service was extremely professional, and when reporting a fault the replacement was issued quickly, but when trying to return the faulty goods, the service was extremely poor. I have spoken to 3 people and all 3 have stated they would action the necessary paperwork, immediately (3 consecutive days and still waiting).”
“Great company that delivered on time. They contacted me before delivery and gave me a 2 hour time slot. When I called them they were prompt in calling me back with the info needed. The only criticism is that the delivery arrived in some anonymous boxes with a very uninformative delivery note, so I had to open it all to confirm it was there. That meant me holding the delivery driver up. A small thing considering other companies have been truly atrocious during this project”
“Staff were friendly and very helpful on the phone. Delivery was very prompt. Just one small problem, which was one of the items was missing from it's bag the fixing brackets for the shower slide rail, making it impossible to fix to the wall. However, after a quick phone call, this issue was quickly resolved and a replacement sent out without any fuss. Would use again as overall experience was very good.”

“Excellent service and quality products. My bathroom is in the process of being finished but already looks great. The service was brilliant and I was even asked if I’d like to bring the delivery forward a day. I accidentally ordered the wrong colour toilet seat but when I rang back up, this was sorted and delivered free of charge a few days later. On another order I made, I forgot to add on the waste for my bath so rang the next day to add it on. Nothing seemed like it was too much trouble. Looking forward to the bathroom getting finished and seeing it fully complete. The guys doing my bathroom have commented on how they can tell it’s good quality stuff when they’ve been putting it together. Really pleased and would definitely order through Sanctuary Bathrooms again. Just wish I’d discovered the Sanctuary Bathrooms website before I ordered my bath.”
