EMBODY, EMPOWER

To me, Embody has an ever evolving meaning. Bringing the clarity of awareness, joy, playfulness and strength to everyday living, just to name a few is embodiment in my book. I’ve danced with many definitions in the past- some leaning hard into spirituality and rebuffing anything related to physical strength or endurance and others becoming so heady or mental that clarity is rendered a distant objective and yet others diving so headstrong into athleticism that one is literally outrunning connection to any other aspects of whole-being. The truth is, it always comes back to balance. When we can live, love and dance in balance our radiance becomes a beacon not only for ourselves, but for others in search of their equilibrium. We are happy. We don’t place anyone else in our pathway of fulfillment, we know that it is all on us. “Lara's lymphatic massage is very subtle but very effective. I can actually feel, not just "think I feel" a lessening in pain and discomfort around the areas of concern on my body, in particular around surgical scars. I highly recommend Lara as a skilled and compassionate practitioner who closely listens, and offers ideas and solutions that can be very impactful.”

“Lara’s bodywork massages have made a huge difference in how I feel physically and mentally. I started seeing her to aid my training/recovery for a half marathon. She even fitted me for compression which has shortened my recovery times and been instrumental in working through sore muscles and even a pulled calf. Now I see her routinely and use compression at home to speed recovery.”

“I have gone to numerous massage therapists. Lara is the best! Her expertise is extraordinary. I love how she uses a variety of techniques to make sore muscles and back aches disappear. I especially love the deep tissue massage and the cupping. The music is also soothing. Lara also gives great advice on techniques I can try at home. Seeing Lara is one of the best ways I take care of myself!”

“This was my first time getting bodywork from Lara and it was a very positive and memorable experience. She is not only a healer of the body but of the mind.
