“This delivery company is the worst I have ever encountered so far (if I could rate it -5 stars I would). I received a message on 7th August telling me my bed would be delivered between 5:19 and 7:19 (and every day since) yet it’s 10th August and it still isn’t here. No attempt at a delivery has been made or any texts explaining why it’s not arriving.
They have purposely made it difficult to contact them as they charge £6 per phone call and never answer any emails
This delivery company is disgusting please never use them and hopefully this terrible business will go under or it’s the best disguised scam I have ever come across.”
“I would give 0 stars if it was possible. We have been absolutely messed around by this company. They have given inaccurate tracking and have completely missed our address on the route. There is no way to get in contact with them. If you are ordering something that will be sent with XDP, I highly recommend that you order elsewhere because they are unreliable and quite frankly outrageous.”

“Ordered garden furniture from a company via B&Q. B&Q website states 4 day delivery but still waiting over 2 weeks later with no sign of my delivery.
I had ordered the same furniture from a different company and cancelled with a full refund due to waiting over 3 weeks for delivery. Guess who the delivery company was, XDP. I wouldn’t have ordered again with B&Q if I’d know XDP were responsible for delivery!!!”
“Shut the company down. Needs reporting to legal teams and watchdog. Would love to see their communication/contact and parcel recieved rate as imagine it is definitely ZERO. Did i mention they don't actually have a customer response team!”
“When you tell a customer you are delivering and a time you expect a delivery. What an absolute joke you are. Waited in for you not to turn up. Can't communicate with anyone as there is no number to contact. I will be demanding my money back and won't be coming back to you . Avoid shopping with any businesses that do xdp deliveries. Absolutely fuming. If I don't get either my item or money back, I will be contacting trading standards and I will be telling family and friends to avoid”
“We had a delivery from the range who use XPD for our delivery it came in time and we was kept updated with times etc
But when it arrived today they just left the chair on our driveway and the driver said he is not allowed to put it anywhere else.
He then watched my wife struggle getting up three steps and into the porch while sitting in his van.

“Ordered bedroom furniture from Amazon, got a delivery date of Saturday 22/07 . No communication whatsoever to say it won’t be coming. 26/07 received a message saying it will be delivered today. Got my wife to take a day off for delivery. Waited in all day with no contact . This morning 27/07 got a knock at the door to ask if I was waiting on a delivery from my neighbour . They shoved it in the neighbours back garden free to the elements with no note . No one came to our door as someone was in all day , all 4 boxes got soaked , hopefully there is no damage ( will find out when opening). Well done XDP 👏👏”
“OK, so I call XDP and let them know who I spoke with & what they told me, which is I need to force their resonator delete onto my turbo to make it fit. If I damage my turbo in the process they are not liable for the damage when they were the ones who are telling me to force the tube on there. I refused to do so as the truck is still under warranty & I do not want to void the warranty in case it did ruin my turbo. So I ask for a refund. Again, they tell me that there might be a 5-10% restocking fee for the mistake they made. Wow, mind-blowing!!”
“Quite possibly the worst out of a bad bunch.. very cheap though, which is probably why everyone has jumped on board with them.
Items regularly go missing/get damaged within the network. Consignments rarely arrive in one drop and can often be split in to up to 5 separate drops with no indication on what will arrive on any given day.
Customer expectation management is diabolical. Negative customer feedback is unavoidable.
You can't chase for any info on an item in transit as their customer service is non-existent. When items go missing, and they will, XDP will need to go through an "investigation" before any replacements can be dispatched.
Tracking links are a waste of time.. they do not provide any useful info. When updated the system often repeats the line "At delivery depot" each morning without any info on dispatch. When the delivery does go out, you get a text. That text could come at any time or day after initial dispatch from the supplier however, so you can't plan to be there prior.
The XDP network has taken on a hell of a lot of new business recently. I'd like to say that's the reason for the decline in service but the reality is, it's been this way the entire time. It's just worse now than ever before..
Avoid like the plague if at all possible!”
“Received an email saying my delivery was next, then literally 3 minutes later a message saying they were unable to deliver. I was also asked to rearrange a delivery, like it was my fault. Unfortunately the website and app are utterly useless, so I wasn’t able to do that. The tracking didn’t work. It’s hard to see how they could have got it more wrong. Sent a complaint to customer services who warned me it could take a long time to process “due to volume” of queries. No surprise there.”
“Ordered 10 July 2023 supposed to be 3 to 4 working days it's now 23rd and still no sign of parcel.... Absolute waste of time as a courier. Been preparing for delivery since the 14th they only 0.6 miles from my house. No fone number, web chat doesn't work, nor does the email address bounces back as unknown.”
“Ordered from Amazon on 4th July, not expected delivery until 8th. No problem with that. Online tracking says parcel with XDP on 5th July, sounds promising for that delivery. Nope. It's currently the 21st July, with no response to email, a live chat that is very much not alive, and a tracking page that says "We've got it". Well I'd rather "I had it". Maybe I'll get a response from this review!”
“Absolute waste of time. Ordered from sports direct simple process. Email received from XDP order due to be delivered 14/7/23 between 5:17pm and 7:17pm. Waited and nothing you then are unable to contact them until Monday 17th. Contacted via chat after waiting for over an hour I decided to contact Sports Direct who sent them an email and had to wait 3-5 days for a response. Received a further email from XDP Wednesday due to be delivered that day between 5:17 pm and 7:17pm again no sign. Contacted by chat following day after waiting over an hour again no joy told to keep checking the tracker which us an absolute joke. Received a further email Thursday being delivered. She thinks third time lucky maybe nope no delivery yet again. Today Received an email from sports direct to let me know they have not had a reply to the email they sent (No surprise there). XPD have told me on the chat they will not discuss with me now and if I have a complaint to take it up with sports direct. The only complaint I have with sports direct is that they use XDP !!!”
“Would have preferred to give no stars,only contact iI had was July 13th to inform me they had my package,Wickes had told me would be delivered on Friday 14th,waited in package did not arrive,have tried several times daily ever since, by phone,by e mail,live chat doesn’t work,get nowhere,in desperation went onto trust pilot,got an abrupt message from XDP trying to fob me off, blaming me for putting wrong tracking number in,yet in front of me I had same number they had put on the email,still no nearer don’t know where the package is,lost ? stolen ? With so many complaints how do they get away with it and why do companies like Wickes use them ? How do we get our money back ?”
“Worst website/courier ever,should have been here on Friday, tracking number means nothing as just unable to move on from we have your package. Unable to contact by phone, online chat does not worke, in desperation someone went on trust pilot to try to help me (I am 79 years of age) but no response, the stress is making me ill.”
“Absolutely shocking company. Told me my parcel was to be delivered next ( 1 hour before the timeslot given) but someone was home so didn't matter that much. Then 3 minutes after they sent me an email saying my parcel couldn't be delivered with an attached picture of a street that was the other side of town. When I tried to contact them I couldn't get through on live chat, phone and they advised me they would respond to my email within 72 hours. Can't even rearrange my delivery because its not showing as missed.

“This is the worst delivery experience ever. 2 delivery references provided by the seller as order was divided, shortly an e-mail received from this courier to say that any notices from seller do not mean they received the item. 2 days later an alert to say one of the consignments is being delivered that day (no updates in between), it doesn't actually arrive and instead the reference number stops tracking. The item randomly turns up 2 more days later while still not tracking. No updates on the other consignment until a sudden e-mail on the same day as the first delivery that the driver is out and our delivery is next on the list. Shortly after there is another note that he couldn't find the address and is taking it back to the depot. It also stopped tracking at some point but is now back on the system as out for delivery so no idea if and when it will be turning up now. E-mails are not sent from trusted source so all go to junk. Chat doesn't work, online request I sent was ignored, you cannot contact anyone. Absolutely appalling”
