“Poor Communication
After receiving delivery confirmation on Wednesday that my package was going to be delivered the next day between 10:45 and 12:45 I took the day off.
At 15:00 after trying to call through multiple times I was told that someone would get back to me. After which I received a voicemail at 16:50 telling me that the lorry had been in a road traffic accident and that my delivery would be back out the next day. So I took another day off work and waited patiently. Until at 14:00 I managed to get through, again after trying multiple times to find out that they don't have the lorry back and it isn't clear that they have any idea when they might be able to deliver the package.
I appreciate these things happen, however I received no proactive communication at all from XDP and would suggest people search for a more reliable and proactive courier.”
“Worst delivery experience ever. Ordered an item on ebay. The driver eventually rocked up at 8:30pm. He dumped the item on my doorstep. He refused to help me move the large item to the back of my house. He refused to give me his name. Dodgy dodgy company. AVOID!!!”
“Utterly, utterly dire. XDP are the absolute worst logistics firm I've ever dealt with and one star is one too many.
Waiting for a delivery from Wayfair, with a delivery day organised with XPD. I asked them to confirm this date and a time range as I need to take time off work, however no confirmation comes through so I don't take time off work and attempt to contact them to rearrange delivery. I get home to find a blank card with no tracking number, and have to call the main number multiple times to attempt a redelivery. They eventually say they'll have to email the local depot on my behalf as they can't get through on the phone.
This morning at 08:32 I receive a text from XDP saying my delivery will be with me before11:55am, short notice so my wife waits in for the delivery. At 12:11 I receive an email from XDP telling me an attempt was just made to deliver so I urgently call the mobile number provided hoping to rearrange with the driver.
Staff member at local depot cuts me off, rudely dismissing me and saying nothing is in the area today and I must be wrong, denies that XDP sent me a message and it must be from someone else. Staff member keeps disputing my claims and refusing to answer until the supervisor takes over, also refuses to acknowledge I've been sent messages and is incredibly rude, suggesting I don't know the difference between a Tuesday and a Thursday. Supervisor just keeps saying this whole thing is my fault and I should have waited in for an entire day without confirmation the delivery is coming, but then says she's checked her systems and claims I was sent the text and email on Tuesday but they must have been delayed getting to me for two days. Supervisor then blames IT department and claims their systems crashed this morning.
I've checked the tracking service which confirms the text message was sent out to me today but the depot staff dispute what is there on their own system and are instead calling me a liar. I know things happen with logistics and mistakes happen, and I would have accepted this if the staff hadn't been so rude and abrupt, making me out to be stupid, a liar and putting all of the blame on me. An absolute shambles, the entire firm. Expect the very worst level of service from all levels of this company.”
“This is the worst delivery company i have ever use. Waiting for ordered goods for days, and all i can here from depa is ,they don't have contact with driver. Funny enough after i mention about calling police as i assume driver stolen goods if he do not answer his phone for 3 days, but after 10 minutes i receive email with information he just arrive to depo and he have my parcel (yupi) . But he has lie (or someone in depo) ge was trying to deliver but there was no one here (3 days on van and one attempt to deliver) But unlucky (for them) this is yard with at least 20 people here between 8am and 6pm. So This company is no more, they are worst delivery company of all,”
“WARNING: You are unlikely to get a text which specifies delivery day or time- disappointing!
Requested a specified day of delivery but this was not honoured and therefore we had a refund from the product supplier.
We were told by the product supplier we would have a text specifying a delivery time the day before but we did not receive this. However the delivery driver called when he was outside my property and said he would come back in 30 minutes (enough time for me to get home from work). The weight of the delivery was 180kg and only 1 delivery driver was delivering it which has to be a H&S issue. The reason they have three stars is due to the flexibility of the delivery driver Rob otherwise I would have scored much less. Thank you to Rob for being so helpful and accommodating.”

“Useless shower of lying bastards who give false tracking information. They don't turn up when the delivery is scheduled so you are left waiting around wasting your time. When you do eventually get to speak to someone they tell more lies just to get you off the phone. Why do suppliers use these companies who don't care about the end customer at all”
“The worst company ever.
I do not reccomend this company for anything even if it's small or large.
I was trying 3 days to contact with them and try to arrange the day and the time that they supposed that we will be delivered our parcel but nothing and I just realized they charge us every time when we were trying to reach them over the phone. They took as a total of around £15 of me and my girlfriend in extra charges on our mobile phones.
We receive the parcel after a week with the help of a neighbour as they couldn't delivered a different times than the one they have for example 2 o clock and that's it no on weekend as well. We were trying to explain them that we were working but nothing they just ignore us and they delivered the package twice on 2 oclock and nobody was there, and they just keep telling us that it's not their problem that we are not in the house.
I don't reccomend this company at all.

“Atrocious. No one at the entire company knows what is going on. I’ve already had one no show delivery and no reason given. I was promised delivery today. It’s not shown up yet again. The customer service rep after calling 30 times had no idea whether it was going to turn up and just gave me the drivers number and said good luck. Anyone that uses this service to ship to customers are completely indifferent to your time, money or receiving your goods. Do not use this joke of a courier service at all costs it is the worst I have ever encountered.”

“Cant even give less than one star but if i could i would!! Absolute joke of a company. Delivered half of my son’s new bed (xmas present) on Friday and told me the order had been done as a split consignment and the rest will come saturday! Well its now Monday and its not here!! Its impossible to get intouch with the company to see whats going on and they haven’t even had the decency to tell me that the parcel won’t be delivered before Christmas. Now i have to try and explain to my 3 year old that the bed he has been asking santa for hasnt come, well it has but only half!!! Absolute disgrace of a courier service, only thing they’re certain to deliver is failure and disappointment!”
