“So i bought an armchair from a company via Amazon which is being delivered by XDP. I've actually never heard of XDP before. Apparently this was delivered to me a few days ago. It was not. The delivery time stamp was a time i was IN THE HOUSE. I have contacted the company the chair was bought from a couple of times now and XDP are adamant it has been delivered and can i double check my property to make sure its not there. Haha - i mean, i think i would notice if there was a new armchair in my house! Anyway, i have since googled XDP and can see how absolutely horrific they are and that this isnt an isolated incident. I have no faith this chair will be turning up so will be requesting a refund via Amazon. XDP - if you're not able to fulfil your deliveries please let DPD or Yodel or carrier pigeon do it for you.”
“After placing an order for a throttle control module and sensitivity switch that pairs with the module I was notified that the module was discontinued. Yet, XDP still shipped the switch, which I clearly did not need. Then they refused to cover the return shipping cost for sending me a part that should have never been sent in the first place.”
“Worst delivery service and customer services ever. My items where collected from the suppliers on the 20th of August the app just repeated they where in the depot. I contacted customer services several times asking for a delivery date only to be contacted several days later pointing me back to the app. Finally on the 27th of August they said my items would be delivered so I took time off work to wait in. I checked the app again throughout the morning and two minutes before my delivery time it reported my items where in the depot. I again contacted customer services who never replied. Since this date I have tried to chase up delivery on a daily basis only to read on the app last Monday that my items have been damaged and sent back to the supplier I again emailed customer services who have just replied 6 days later advising me to contact the suppliers myself for a replacement.
I have contacted the suppliers and updated them of all the information give by XDP and I have requested that my items be replaced and sent by a different deliver service”
“Appallling customer service from the driver. Unmarked van which had music playing you could hear from the end of the street. Wouldn't bring the parcel into the house, it's a flatpack wardrobe!! Just kept saying we can't go into property, eventually agreed to put it in the garage. Very rude manner from him and his very young, school age, accomplice”

Ordered from Aldi online and package was uplifted and upon receipt at the XDP delivery depot they marked it as damaged and sent it back, Aldi then sent out a replacement item which was due for delivery Tues 31/08/2021 tracking information provided on the day said it was out for delivery between 2.20pm and 4.20pm low and behold tracker updated at 13:13:45 on the 31/08/2021 stating SERVICE FAIL Unexpected delivery issue(s). Delivery Delayed. Contacted Aldi customer services who said they'd email XDP to find out what's going on as XDP don't answer the phone to them although XDP have 72hours to respond to Aldi as per their contract, we got a call from Aldi on Friday 03/09/2021 stating that XDP had replied back to their email saying the item would be delivered by today Wednesday 08/09/2021 but at time of typing this no delivery has been made and both the online tracker and app tracker haven't been updated since the 31/08/2021.”
“Your courier dropped of my huge box, outside my neighbours house. I asked the courier to bring it upstair s to my flat, he refused. I told him I was unwell and couldnt move the heavy box . I also informed him he had dropped the box outside my 95yr old neighbpurs door and she wouldnt be able to get out . He just walked off. Ive never been treated like that. As it happens the lovely Amazon courier, brought it upstairs for me. Completely shocked by the lack of customer service. It was down to this individual as the other parcel from xpd, rhe week previous had got brought upstairs. Shocking !”
“So..Quite a long story…We placed an order with the Range for 3 light units. This totalled £375.00. We expected them to be delivered together. We got the first and smallest after a week.
We then got the second. We were supposed to get a message when we were next stop. No this didn’t happen. We were given a rough time frame…no nothing near. The Driver knocked on the door and then walked off. On our door there is a message explaining I am disabled and take a little longer to get to the door…Totally ignored. The light unit is the Eiffel Tower costing £100. This was left in the middle of the drive. It’s in a cardboard box. And was left standing there in the rain. It was only by chance that we realised it had been delivered when we checked online. Unfortunately we were both at work. We had to get a family member to drive to ours to collect. The box was a soggy mess. And XDP…no didn’t care. The last light unit is over £300. This should have been delivered on the 24th August 2021…so after the fiasco from the Saturday, I took a days holiday. After the delivery slot time had come and gone. We got a message saying our parcel was safe but wouldn’t be delivered. It gave us a link to rearrange delivery, so 2nd days holiday as it was scheduled for the next day..the 25th. This day now came and went. And yep….no delivery. So I have emailed them…NO RESPONSE. I went on their live chat..2 HOURS AND MESSAGE SAID ALL AGENTS BUSY, PLEASE WAIT. After about 2.1/2 hours I closed live chat as it’s not live..so option 3 phone them…they don’t want you to call them. They tell you calls are very expensive and calls often don’t get answered. So getting on for another week. No sign of this unit, no response from these. And the Range say they can’t do anything because These clowns just have it logged out for delivery. My view, they have lost it…but don’t have the courtesy to say so. I shall never use the Range again online, neither the Range or XDP are interested. They have our unit and money so pretty much tough…never again”

Item was due to be delivered 20th August on an 'Express Delivery' which took 3 days for them to collect. Received a message at 3:00pm on 20th August saying my parcel was due to be delivered between 1:04pm & 3:04pm, waited until 4:30pm and it had still not arrived, I was constantly checking the tracker over the weekend and it still hadn't updated so went back to my supplier and their tracking@ email.
No update from the depot until I received a message the morning of 26th August at 8:01am saying my parcel will be delivered between 1:04pm & 3:04pm. Surprise, surprise, it NEVER arrived.
The app, tracker and email/text I received completely contradict themselves so it isn't clear whether my parcel is on the way or still at the depot!? Rubbish!”
“The worst delivery company their app never worked, no information about my delivery time the delivery supposed to be delivered yesterday between 3 to 6 they never came and I received a email saying I missing my parcel they came at11pm without saying it was third time they come and today the same thing they are come between 3to 5 and nothing absolutely a upset I expend 30£ just calling them and never get the phone and no one is available on chat, I don’t recommend to use this type of company absolutely trash”
“Absolute garbage, the worst delivery company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Good afternoon, sorry to bother you. XDP said they delivered the parcel when I look at the tracking information, but it has not been delivered. I was in all morning. I have tried to contact XDP by phone and live chat but cannot make any progress as they won't deal with me as the end customer. The tracking details show a picture taken of the front of my house, but I am not sure what that is supposed to show me. Impossible interface online and no-one will take my call.”
“I had missed a delivery today -24th August 2021 (which was my fault as I didn't hear the door)
I called XDP (Brierley Hill base) and spoke to a lovely and very helpful lady who said I can collect it if I wish.
She then kindly called me back and to save me a journey the driver - STEPHEN at Brierley Hill depot (DEPOT ID 432), offered to redeliver before going back to the warehouse!
Just amazing service!
The staff really do care about customer service and they go out of their way to ensure they help you as a customer and are highly reliable.
I highly recommend XDP and especially my more local depot as clearly the staff deliver an excellent customer service, with a helpful and professional attitude.

They should have delivered our parcel 2 weeks ago we were at home on the delivery day(s), they didn’t ring the bell and they said we weren’t at home. After all this we tried to book a slot for a 4th attempt then we got notification about our damaged parcel?! Since then we didn’t hear from them anything.
This is ridiculous and the worst thing they can do this without any consequences…”
