Absolutely useless. ‘Customer Care’ non existent’ Unable to contact you. Emails unanswered. On line chat never available. Tracking app useless. Why credible companies risk their own reputation by using a company as poor as yours is beyond me. Would never use you again, and sadly won’t use the supplier again so long as they use you. Would NEVER recommend , ever ! The next section is laughable… How did you communicate with the company…answer, I Couldn’t ! How quickly did the company respond to my question…answer, they didn’t, and still haven’t 3 days later !

Made an arrangement to collect, shocker they never turned up. now I have to arrange a collection all over again, great service.

Absolutely hopeless, I don’t even want to give them any stars but had to because I wanted to write a review so this company gets no stars from me, they attempted to deliver to me 2 weeks early without any notification that they were doing so guess what, I was at work so no one at home. 2nd attempted delivery for this delivery I have taken a full day of work and stayed in the house. I then get 2 text messages the first text was at 13.56 pm and the 2nd text at 15.39 saying item will be delivered between 4pm and 6pm. I got an email saying that it was another attempted delivery at around 2.30 pm. This time I was at home but whoever tried to deliver item didn’t bother to ring buzzer at front door. They are a bunch of amateurs if you are reading this and in need of a courier company. DONT USE THIS SHOWER OF AMATEURS

Absolutely useless. Tracking App useless. Contacting them - useless. Getting phone number useless. XDP are USELESS!!!

If I had only one super power for the day it would be to get this company SHUT. the APP is useless, impossible to get to speak to someone, oh and the live chat with a very pedantic Stephanie who should be sacked for her useless information. All in all another company not fit for purpose

oh my god the Government should shut down companies like this one who offer horrendous customer service. Trying to get a message to the delivery driver, the APP doesn't work, the emails are not answered, impossible to get through on the phone and the live chat is a complete joke!!!! not worthy of any stars

Dreadful. Ordered a blind through 247 Blinds. Received an email and a text saying delivery would be between 9:17pm and 11:17pm. Sat up until after midnight. Just before going to bed an email arrived timed at 10:38 saying a delivery had been attempted. Doorbell never rang, security light never came on. Now can't get hold of them to rearrange a delivery. Looking at these reviews why are companies using them?

As with everyone else reviewing XDP, they are basically crooks. They didn’t turn up, yet sent me an email saying they’d attempted delivery, attaching a photo of a delivery receipt on the drivers leg, in his van. Obviously I was sitting in my front room next to the door during the time they ‘attempted delivery’. They will be charging the company to deliver, then blaming the customer and getting a re-delivery fee. Absolutely appalling service. I urge people to complain to the retailers, so they can choose better partners

Have just received my delivery by XPD from ALDI (Garden Shredder). I have been updated at each stage via their tracker system, and delivery was within the afternoon (scheduled 3.30 to 5.30 pm) delivery slot (delivered 4 days from placing order with ALDI). The driver was very cheerful, chatty and also helpful as he brought the (very heavy) package indoors for me. I had seen some very negative reviews of XPD, which did give me some concern, but I guess most people only write reviews when they get a bad service, but not the good, so just trying to address the balance.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Delivery expected that day? Take a map of the UK and close your eye, stick a pin in it and that's where your delivery will be! You may as well do this rather than rely on XDP's so called "tracking". About as much use as a chocolate teapot! Don't think you can call or contact them either. They are as elusive as it gets. Decent companies have staff answering free or low cost phone lines or emails. NOT XDP. 7p per MINUTE to stay on hold for over an hour and still not get hold of a human being! Do yourself a favour and do an internet search for their reviews BEFORE using them. You'll regret it if you don't. I've contacted Matt Allwright (Rogue Traders) & others. PATHETIC! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Unfortunately you cannot give 0 stars. This delivery company are awful. Aldi use them for large items so be warned if you are ordering from Aldi online. The first delivery attempt was never made and XDP sent the item back to Aldi with no explanation and no notification to me either. Aldi re-ordered the item and used XDP again (big mistake). XDP apparently attempted delivery yesterday but I was at home all day and no delivery was attempted. Aldi have now emailed XDP for an update but I am not hopeful that I will ever receive this item. You cannot contact XDP, the live chat does not work, they do not respond to emails and they do not answer their phones. The app/website is also totally useless. In my opinion, Aldi should absolutely change couriers for large items as they will lose business due to XDP.

Two days waiting for a parcel to be delivered via tracker no parcel left people I was purchasing from last week was meant to be delivered 13 no show then 15 again I wonder what will happen tomorrow

So i bought an armchair from a company via Amazon which is being delivered by XDP. I've actually never heard of XDP before. Apparently this was delivered to me a few days ago. It was not. The delivery time stamp was a time i was IN THE HOUSE. I have contacted the company the chair was bought from a couple of times now and XDP are adamant it has been delivered and can i double check my property to make sure its not there. Haha - i mean, i think i would notice if there was a new armchair in my house! Anyway, i have since googled XDP and can see how absolutely horrific they are and that this isnt an isolated incident. I have no faith this chair will be turning up so will be requesting a refund via Amazon. XDP - if you're not able to fulfil your deliveries please let DPD or Yodel or carrier pigeon do it for you.

After placing an order for a throttle control module and sensitivity switch that pairs with the module I was notified that the module was discontinued. Yet, XDP still shipped the switch, which I clearly did not need. Then they refused to cover the return shipping cost for sending me a part that should have never been sent in the first place.

Worst delivery service and customer services ever. My items where collected from the suppliers on the 20th of August the app just repeated they where in the depot. I contacted customer services several times asking for a delivery date only to be contacted several days later pointing me back to the app. Finally on the 27th of August they said my items would be delivered so I took time off work to wait in. I checked the app again throughout the morning and two minutes before my delivery time it reported my items where in the depot. I again contacted customer services who never replied. Since this date I have tried to chase up delivery on a daily basis only to read on the app last Monday that my items have been damaged and sent back to the supplier I again emailed customer services who have just replied 6 days later advising me to contact the suppliers myself for a replacement. I have contacted the suppliers and updated them of all the information give by XDP and I have requested that my items be replaced and sent by a different deliver service

Appallling customer service from the driver. Unmarked van which had music playing you could hear from the end of the street. Wouldn't bring the parcel into the house, it's a flatpack wardrobe!! Just kept saying we can't go into property, eventually agreed to put it in the garage. Very rude manner from him and his very young, school age, accomplice
