“DO NOT USE!!! Chose delivery day and was given a slot of between 12 and 2, waited and nothing arrived, checked tracking system and item said carded at 11.45. have been home all day!! Called customer services and they said driver took photo of house and left card as tried to deliver. The driver has LIED!! He took a photo of a large thatched house which has the number 60 on, this is not my house or any house in my area! Customer services recognised that he lied but would not arrange for a weekend delivery. I spoke to the depot and was told that driver had finished for the day and item cant be sent today, have to call back at 11 tomorrow to rearrange. Called ALDI to cancel order and get full refund, shocking service by XDP!!!!”
“I would rate it zero if I could.
The worst possible courier I have ever come across. Delivered product first time saying they left “delivery card” (they didn’t). Contact them to reschedule time but they “failed to tell driver” and redelivered items when j wasn’t in. They sent the product back to the seller who kindly sent out another product. They then tell me they will deliver on a specific date and time slot. Wait for 2 hours after the time slot and there was still no delivery. Item was never redelivered and I still have no product. I emailed and rang them numerous times to try and get the parcel delivered but they were constantly busy or generally unhelpful over the phone.
Honestly the worst possible company. I never give negative reviews but their service was so bad that I felt the need to do this. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE (if you can even call it one).”

They failed to deliver 2 times. Second time they lost the product (over 150 pounds) but claimed that it was still going to be delivered.
Their customer service is beyond appalling and there is no sense of teamwork within the company.
Do not use if you want a stress free delivery process.”

“Read some reviews as I'd never heard of this Company and was fearing the worst. The tracking system is very antiquated as others have stated and it doesn't really give you the information required. I got a text whilst in work saying my delivery would be there between 12.11pm and 2.11pm 3 days after ordering what was supposed to be next day delivery. so I went home at lunch around 12pm and put a sign on the door saying to leave the parcels at the back door. Got home from work and to my shock the parcels were all there so I got off lightly.”
“I have been tracking my parcel for many days, every few few days the status say carded. this is a complete lie they haven't tried to deliver once. I'm still waiting around.”
“Tracking is a joke. They use generic terms to describe where your parcel is. It's now 18:28 and still no delivery. Customer service nbr is 7p per minute. I am half expecting my parcel to be delivered by a monkey as it seems that this company is being run by a bunch of incapable monkeys (no offence to monkeys that don't work for XDP). My parcel should have been delivered last Wednesday!! 5 days late and counting.

“What's wrong with this company??! Waiting for a delivery all day Thursday, never turned up same friday, at the time of writing it's now Saturday still no delivery despite getting message on Thursday saying it will be sent on the day in a two hour window. Left several messages over several days no one returned the calls. Awful company, don't use XPD unless you want to loose business. I can't see how these are still in business.”
“Very rude drivers whose only response is "not my problem" or "I didn't have time" when questioned about next day deliveries that take 5 days.

“It's the first time I am to receive an order via this company and I'm not happy. Twice they have said they'll deliver and both times they haven't shown up. No notifications or apologies at all. I have contacted them to ask where the delivery is and they say it's out for delivery but then again doesn't show up.”
“I got an email at 09:05 (am) about a delivery today, due "AM" and spent the whole morning waiting for the "AM" delivery.
Went on their website to check for details only to find that they had detailed the "AM" delivery being "4:30AM - 6:30AM" (yes- "AM", not "PM").
So I emailed them to ask for clarification as I had to go out. Got no response (but didn't really expect it), searched for a free phone number (wasn't going to call an 087 number if I couldn't be guaranteed to get anywhere), found a fixed landline number, and was in a queue for 18 minutes. Hung up, redialled, had the phone answered and put straight down. Tried again- same thing. So clearly SOMEONE was there, but didn't want to answer.
The delivery driver arrived at 5PM (yes- PM) but was very nice with it. While mistakes do happen, and I have every sympathy for people earning a living- rubbish customer service is not the best way forward. I too earn a living, and expect to be treated as I'd treat others. And not giving me a way of contacting the company when the error is theirs- not very cool”
“A catalogue of inefficiency with broken promises at best and lies at worst in respect of both delivery dates and times. No interest in providing helpful answers at the telephone - just fob off excuses e.g. cannot contact the delivery lorry it must have broken down!!!!!. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with any carrier company. Completely ruined our family get together over late bank holiday weekend by their failure to deliver goods paid for on 5 May. In future I will never ever buy from a company that uses XDP as their carrier. I am absolutely disgusted (but sadly not alone after looking at other reviews) I intend taking this up with Wayfair who use them as their carrier because it does Wayfair no credit at all, if anything it actually reflects badly on Wayfair for using them. If I could avoid giving even one star I would.”
