Do not use this company under any circumstances.. My item was never delivered, nor even attempted to, I stayed in for 2 days, the tracking service and phone numbers are a complete joke...

''Avoid if you care about your business'' Extremely poor service, XDP lose consignments left right and centre, parcels turn up as and when they feel like delivering without notification. They outsource to any man in van as they cant handle the volume they are dealing with. John Louis and Mr Boulton are the MD's in charge of the whole operation who do not respond to e mails which shows they also do not care about service. I suppose they set the benchmark for the whole business. DO NOT USE XDP!

The delivery driver was very unhelpful. I had a bad shoulder and asked him just to put the parcel inside the door and he refused. I should have asked him to take it back. Would not accept delivery from this driver again.

I found this company very unhelpful and as a result the item I purchased has gone back and I have asked for a refund. I presume that they are being used because they are cheap. However I suspect that my refund and associated paperwork etc will have cost the company from which I purchased more than paying a decent carrier. In future when purchasing on-line I will check who is doing the delivery and refuse to purchase from companies who do not use a reputable company for their deliveries.

The only reason this company is getting 2 stars is because the delivery driver was brilliant and can't fault him. The actual company is dreadful. U ring up and u have to say u r name and postcode over and over again and can't get through. Ordered my item for yesterday but came today won't b using this service again!!

ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH!!!!!!!........SERVICE DELIVERY FAIL MORE THAN ONCE.CALLED THEM ALL I GOT WAS LIP SERVICE WHICH I GIVE AN A+.CALLED AT 09:05 WAS TOLD TO CALL BACK IN AN HOUR SUPPOSEDLY SYSTEM HAS TO LOAD.A PROPER COURIER COMPANY IS A 24/7 BUSINESS NEVER DO THEY HAVE TO LOAD THEIR SYSTEM WHICH TAKES AN HOUR.TWICE I HAVE WAITED FOR DELIVERY AFTER RECEIVING AN EMAIL SUGGESTING DELIVERY IS ''ON'' AND ONLY TO FIND ITS A FAIL.ITS 2015 FOR CRYING OUT LOUD NOT 1969!!!!!

Waiting for a collection via XDP. Pick up was due yesterday to collect an extra sofa bed that was sent in error! Waited in all day. No answer on the customer service line and when it goes to the answer machine it cuts you off. When you do get a chance to leave a message they do not return your call. Today's slot is supposed to be from 3:00 - 6:00 am, obviously an error but cannot receive any confirmation from the company so I don't have to wait in another day. This is all very frustrating and not the way I wanted to spend my few days off!! This company needs to get its act together on the customer services side of things.

Simply awful. I was expecting a delivery yesterday. They advised in a txt of a 3hour delivery window which conveniently was till 7pm. No sign of delivery, no call, no text , no email. And of course no answer on their customer service line. In fact it tells you to leave a message but before you could leave one it cuts you off. Needless to say no reply to my email, no update on the tracker and well of course no one answers the customer service phone and in any case they will close in 2 hours as it is Saturday. AVOID XDP unless you can afford to be messed around.

There is almost nothing good I can say about this moving company other than they delivered quickly. Too quickly, they were more than 3 days ahead of their estimated delivery time and the online tracking was mostly left non-updated and then were angry we were not home to receive the package when they arrived. They were unreachable or didn't respond at several phone numbers and when they finally did respond by email it was short and uninformative. The driver was extremely difficult (we spoke on the phone several times), yelled at me several times and hung up on my twice (this all took place over a roughly 2 day period). I have bought countless items online, using various shipping companies and this was far and away my worst experience. If anything I am ever buying online is to be shipped with them I will not make the purchase, they were that bad. I would happily pay more for another shipping company that not only does their job well but also does not treat their customer like garbage. You know how you can go to a market and buy black market shoes for a fraction of the cost? You know they're not the best quality, how could they be when they cost 10% of what the authentic ones do? So you're not surprised when they fall apart after one month. XPD is that pair of shoes but masquerading as the real deal. They look like a real shipping company (e.g. website, vans, delivery people, etc) but like the shoes, seem to only be designed to separate a consumer from their money with no intention of fulfilling their end of the bargain with any measure of decency. Don't buy the shoes, and if you do, don't ship them to with XPD.

DRIVER DELIVERED TO WRONG ADDRESS IF I HAD NOT CALLED TO SEE WHY MY ITEMS HAD NOT BEEN DELIVERED MY 2 SONS WOULD HAVE BEEN LEFT WITH NO BEDS TO SLEEP ON THAT EVENING ALSO MY HUSBAND HAD TO CANCEL HIS SHIFT AT WORK TO WAIT FOR THE DRIVER TO REDELIVER TO THE CORECT ADDRESS

Appalling company. Three separate days waited in for item to be collected. Once again today not collected. This company is a joke. Their emails with a time are generic and sometimes they do not even though that they have been sent! Even when I have dealt with them on the phone they do not do what they say they will do! I would advise no one to use this company, especially if you are a business yourself. Last week I became ill with the stress. Will be seeking legal advice.

I have had two wardrobes delivered by this company the first one the delivery drivers told my mother that the wardrobe was heavy and didn't want to take it up the stairs, on unpacking it the mirror was smashed, second one arrived today where the drivers refused to take it inside the house never mind up the stairs they were aggressive and intimidating towards my mother who was at home at the time, they unpacked the wardrobe on the drive leaving all packaging over the drive, threw litter out of their van window. We refused delivery, the drivers were horrid I would not recommend this company to deliver a letter never mind anything else.

After ordering a bed online.The company which i ordered it off was top notch and sent it out almost immediately.Its a pity your delivery wasn't up to scratch.On arriving home to find 2 large boxes leaning against my front door.I then set to dismantling my old bed so had enough space to make up my new bed.After unpacking the 2 boxes i was unable to find any instructions or fixing kit e.g. screws.After contacting the supplier who got onto yourselves directly only to find you had separated the consignment for some reason leaving me sleeping on the floor all weekend.I would seriously suggest a bit better organisation at your depot.

Service was not what was expected.The delivery dates never matured and after numerous phone calls we were told one part of the consignment was sent to another depot.Finally a week later the items arrived.One package had feet marks all over it the wife commented,but driver made a comment not really understandeable.On assembly our staff found the sides in the marked package were damaged and basically broke in half.Meaning we could not assemble the items.Another week we finally had parts as your customer had replaced them.They said they would pass our complaints to your company as it was your transport companies fault.Our supplier said all problems were down to your company.As of today there has been no contact from your company to apologise and only this feedback form received today. Sorry,but that is the facts. Les Swann.

Lovely item but package had clearly been re-sealed with sellotape. I didn't know why - until I found the big scratch on the glossy top of unit. But as I'd already arranged for friends to come and assemble it (being a widow Me and my 12 year old struggle to do these things), I just thought "pot it, it'll have to do!" Everything else, delivery etc very efficient. But if you look like you have a re-sealed package, beware!
