“Great help from regional manager
Packages had been sat at depot for days so I contacted management and got a reply the same night advising the 2 items would be delivered the next day.
The next morning I got a text and email with time slot. During the day i checked the tracking and it had shown as being back at the depot so i called the regional manager Jamie as his number was on the email i received, Jamie was very polite and apologetic and was on his way to the depot at that point and said he would call me back in 30mins.
While I was waiting a call back I had a knock at the door xdp driver with 1 box, when I asked him if he had the other box he just shrugged his shoulders, just after that Jamie called me back and advised me the other box had been missed and still at the depot but will get it delivered tomorrow.
The second package was delivered as promised and called back by jamie the regional manager as promised.

“Had a order from Aldi. That was being delivered by XDP. Very good service .the delivery was a day late due to it being misrouted but I had a call from the manager Darren Miller to explain.
The next day I had a text to give me a 2hr window of delivery and the driver called me also to keep me up dated with delivery , this Bridgend Depot 516 was brilliant and the driver who delivered my parcel in Caerphilly cf83 %100”
“I ordered a delivery from Aldi. It was being delivered by XDP Express Bridgend Depot. 516. What a good Company. ,I had a text to give me a 2 hr delivery window and driver also called me 20min before delivery excellent service from this company in Bridgend don’t know why all the bad reviews are on here but It can’t be for the Bridgend Depot”
“Excellent service, my items were due for delivery on 27th Dec, I received a phone call on 23rd that it will be delivered next day. The driver rang me an hour beforehand to make sure I'll be in and also when they arrived. Items arrived for Christmas and the delivery men were punctual and great people! Thank you very much! “Having ordered a lawnmower from Aldi, I was extremely concerned when I read the reviews for XPD. I’d not of heard of them before but had serious doubts about my delivery. However, I received an email to say my parcel had been collected and was then in a depot. Three days later received an email saying it was out for delivery, with a 2 hr delivery slot. My parcel arrived on the right day, at the right time. I hadn’t tried to phone or email the firm so can’t comment on any lack of response. The delivery driver was very pleasant and put the parcel in my garage for me. This is my only experience of XDP but it was a very positive one.”
“After reading all these bad reviews I was very sceptical about this company. I shouldn't have been worried. I ordered my blind from make my blinds. I had an email stating xpd were going to deliver between 5.22 and 7.22. It was 5pm there was a knock at the door, I answered the door and who was it it xpd delivery driver. I was shocked he was very friendly and helpful, he see I had crutches and said do you want me to put the blind on the stairs, I said oh yes please so he did that and off he went. Only problem I had was he didn't get me to sign for the blind”
