“We rejected a delivery as we did not order it. The delivery driver told my 72 year old mother that she still needed to sign so he could take it back.
He lied as he took the parcel back with him but told the company that we had taken delivery of the item.
Unfortunately for him he did not realise my mothers ring camera had captured the whole exchange including him taking them back.
He was totally deceitful & dishonest and took advantage I feel of my mother being elderly.
These parcels were too big & heavy for her to carry or take in.
Trying to get in touch with anybody at XDP via phone is a nightmare & emailing them Just sets off a round of email tennis back & too with nobody doing anything.
I cannot stress enough how terrible this company is & looking at the rest of the reviews it seems I am not alone in thinking this!”
“I had a delivery worth £100 this morning. Had a message to say it would be delivered between 12.20am AND 2.20 AM??? At 11 am I then saw it had been noted as delivered. The driver was obviously feeling very lazy as they left it in a hallway of a flat block besides me and called that ‘delivery’. I’ve just had to search for 15 minutes to find this ‘delivered item’ only to realise the item is 15+kg and 190cm tall. I am a 5ft girl and I am now left with the issue of it is too heavy and big for me to carry to my actual house on top of it being dumped no where close anyways. Absolutely appalled with this ‘service’. The item is a mirror and it has arrived cracked and damage so clearly been handled with no care either. Will be further reporting this until something is done.”

“My delivery was due tonight between 5.30-7.30pm so made sure I had no plans and sat in waiting , it's now 10.45pm and have been following him on the tracker and still not near my house, in fact , he's not moved in the last hour so I'm thinking he's gave up and just went home but it would be good if they could of gave me a call or even an email just to let me know they had to reschedule till tomorrow etc.
I'm not wondering if they will even come tomorrow .

“An absolute disgrace. Was told my delivery window today was 18.02 to 20.02 so feared the worst.
True enough “Brian” then called at 20.10 to say he was 10 mins away (having used the tracking service he went to East Lothian driving right past my street). At 20.25 I then get a lazy email to say my item could not be left and to rearrange delivery.
I’ve sent an email of complaint and will also be calling very tomorrow to complain.
Under no circumstances use this company or one who use them as delivery option.”
“Terrible company- from reading the reviews- big companies like Wayfair, B&Q and Debenhams need to stop using this useless service all together. I ordered by husband a recliner to help his bad back- Only to have one delivery driver turn up with no safety or assistive equipment and ask my husband to help him get the box in. Driver was miserable and offered no explanation as to this incredibly unsafe and frankly stupid practice. Avoid this company with a 10ft barge pole.”
“Shocking. Send emails saying en route, no one turns up. Then email to state an attempt was made when I was home the whole time and they didn't even come. Can't arrange redelivery as it doesn't work. Shocking service. Very need to stop using them!”
“XDP said My parcels out for delivery Monday 14/10, they didn’t arrive, Tuesday 15/10 they informed me out for delivery 15.30-17.30, they didn’t arrive, Wednesday 16/10 informed me again out for delivery 15.30-17.30, yes you guessed it they didn’t arrive, but tracking showed they 300 metres away at one point, got on to my supplier they chased them and said be here today, 17/10, still not here, this is a cowboy company and a disgrace to the world of couriers, should be shut down XDP AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS”

“XDP were to deliver items on behalf of B&Q to my home address. Immediately I received information that XDP had the items in your systems I informed you of two dates when I would not be available. I repeated the email and yet you just delivered it anyway. As a result, I had to postpone another important appointment. To add insult to injury your customer-diservice staff gave a lame apology and stated that changes to delivery details cannot be guaranteed. In other words, the customer comes last. No wonder your review ratings are abysmally low.”
“I didn't receive a notification for delivery until a couple of hours before. I waited in and was definitely home. I then got a notification saying sorry they had missed me, which means having to wait in again!! They went through the effort of taking a picture of the front of my property but never even bothered to knock. It's a Friday afternoon and whoever it was probably wanted to finish early to go to the pub!! Would definitely not use this company by choice!! AVOID AVOID AVOID”
“I had a delivery between 3.45pm to 5.45 pm. The delivery driver didn't press the door bell at all. After this I have received a text message to confirm I have received the delivery which I didn't. These pi*s do not have customer service phone to give them blocking for the scam. I will report this scam to the regulated body or the authorities who licensed them to deliver. Bloody scamming company.”
“So I had the worst delivery experience of my life, I ordered 2 two-seater sofas from Wayfair that were delivered by XDP, they were estimated to arrive around the 16th, so I certainly wasn't expecting to get a text from XDP on the 4th saying they'd deliver them on the 7th but that was fine.
What wasn't fine was the driver calling me at 07:05 to tell me he was 10 minutes away with my delivery.
So let me start by saying who delivers 2 sofas at 7:15 am. And let me continue by saying who delivers 2 sofas at 7:15 am, with only one delivery person meaning that I (a disabled person with mobility issues) have to help him so he doesn't break his back getting them in my first floor flat.
The text I got from XDP said that 2 people would deliver it, the boxes are marked 2 pearson. If I knew I'd need to help the delivery driver lift two sofas up and around a flight of stairs to my living room, I would never have ordered them. And I paid for that delivery, not to be part of the it.
I've still got a three-seater coming later this month and I'm honestly temped to cancel it just incase this experience is repeated.”
“First order never appeared. Re-ordered, again never showed. A week after each delivery was supposed to turn up we got a text saying ‘out for delivery’, nobody ever showed up. App is useless. Whole experience was extremely disappointing”
