“Absolutely horrendous customer service, no one could give me an answer on where my delivery was, took 3 days off work because it was ‘out for delivery’ after the 3rd day I ended up going and picking it up myself. Shocking company”
“How do you give no stars? I received a text message informing that delivery would be made on a certain date and within a one hour window. It was not. No update was received by text but I could see their online tracker roll delivery forward one day. When delivery again failed to materialise on the second day I called up XDP and was told the courier was running late but I would definitely have my consignment by the end of the day. I definitely did not. No update was received or made to the tracker. I called up XDP but could not get through. I left a message with all details requested but did not receive a call back. I tried calling again but got the out of hours message even though it was well within their stated hours of business in the out of hours message. This is unacceptable for what should have been an overnight delivery.”

“Bloody joke , arranged for a certain date for goods to be delivered as I have already been let down, arranged a date that suits only to have goods delivered the following day when I said I would be out , received a text alerting me of delivery phoned depot to ask what’s going on , told not to worry it was a mistake as it happens when goods have been scanned In, and I’ll get my goods as arranged in January, arrived home to a card for attempted delivery!! “Wha a joke of a company. They fill you with all the tracking details delivery times etc ie delivery between 08.33 and 10.33 but no delivery sitting at local depot still at 12.42 due to vehicle capacity. Driver was to ring to say that he would deliver on his way home, no call mind.”

“ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR
Ordered 2 bed base from a fantastic company Robinson-furniture expected delivery on 12th Dec, when tracking realised half address was missing. Called XDP who stated they tried to deliver yesterday (11th) although that was not the sceduled delivery date!! when questioned on how it was possible to deliver without a full address, the female became rude and obnoxious. I suppose you would get upset if you ask a common sense question!!
I called back Robinson-furniture who tried there up most best and hardest to get matter resolved as the beds were suppose to be for a homeless shelter to no avail sadly. The only way to deal with arrogant companies like XDP is to stop ordering from companies that use them as a delivery service!!!!
Update: Apparently without a door number or street name, XDP has taken pictures of a random house that they claimed to have tried to deliver to!! Who's house is it!!!”
“I ordered a mattress from Groupon, unfortunately XDP was they're chosen courier I have been messed around completely by XDP. Firstly they wand a 3 day window for delivery then threatened a charge If no one was at home to accept delivery despite 2 emails confirming 2 different delivery days and time neither materialised XDP refuse to answer all calls and emails this company is clearly not fit for purpose avoid at all costs.”
“Can’t work out how this company is managing to stay in business. All the horror stories here are true. They gave me a delivery slot and then didn’t turn up. Emails to the depot ignored. Phone calls to the depot never answered. Emails to customer services ignored. Phone calls to customer services diverted to voicemails and never returned.
After intervention from my supplier, they then started trying to deliver but without actually having the sense to notify me. The first 3 attempts failed since unsurprisingly no one was in. After continuing to not answer phones or emails, they got lucky and caught me in one lunch time and were able to deliver my chair.
Shame I can’t post a picture of the state of the box. It looked like it been dropped several times and rolled around in puddles. The cardboard was so sodden that I could pull it apart with my hands.
I won’t be buying anything from companies that use these goons.”
“Bought two beds from Groupon on 29th November 2018.
They delivered the 6 boxes to the Apartment entrance but refuses to deliver to my door.
Spoke to the manager on the driver's phone and they claim that it is company's policy not to deliver the heavy items to the customer's door. Even saying that they don't insure their own drivers nor do they provide a apparatus to help their driver deliver the item. Worse service ever. Very lazy. Ended up having to take all 6 heavy boxes to my own door. They better change their stupid company policy otherwise they will deserve to be out of business.”

“Have ordered 2 large items from Wayfair on two separate occasions, first was a large TV cabinet which had a confirmed delivery slot of 13:01 to 15:01. My wife took half a day off of work and waited, no one called, no emails, nothing. On the Saturday (the very next day) at approx lunchtime, a non English speaking guy turned up with our cabinet, couldn't tell us why it was late, couldn't tell us anything as he didn't speak English!!!!
Next order was for two sofas which were guaranteed to be delivered by the 21st Dec 2018, then we were told to expect them on the 27th. We received no response to our many emails to this company, and to date our sofas are still at their depot and no one has contacted us. The worst delivery company i have ever come across. Wayfair, why continue to use these clowns when all the reviews tell you how unbelievably bad they are?”
“I ordered a tv unit from Ebay on Friday advising this would arrive by Monday I work for DHL so i know how the tracking system works, phoned them monday its on an economy service takes 3-5 working days. I called up again today wednesday 28/11/2018. Advised the depot cannot locate the parcel, when surely it arrived at there depot on the weekend and suddely monday its disappeared. This is 40 Kg how can it get lost? Phone them numerous times they all give you different answers, yesterday i called the lady said it will be out today Wednesday and you will get a 2 hour slot, so i waited in all day only to realise after they cannot locate it. Biggest Joke of a company dont even respond to your emails just send you an automated message. I asked them to update the website to show parcel is missing they dont even do that dont use ever again!!!”

I still not recived my parcel it's been 3 weeks already..No notice card,nothing.I was contact with them and they said it was deliverd to my neighbour..I didn't agreed that the courier can leave anywhere else ...And the parcel wasn't cheap..If you want to get your goods DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!”
