“After reading all these bad reviews I was very sceptical about this company. I shouldn't have been worried. I ordered my blind from make my blinds. I had an email stating xpd were going to deliver between 5.22 and 7.22. It was 5pm there was a knock at the door, I answered the door and who was it it xpd delivery driver. I was shocked he was very friendly and helpful, he see I had crutches and said do you want me to put the blind on the stairs, I said oh yes please so he did that and off he went. Only problem I had was he didn't get me to sign for the blind.”
“Excellent service well within schedule, I received a courtesy call the day before and a text 45 minutes prior to delivery, the heavy consignment was delivered 11 minutes into the scheduled delivery window. The caller and two delivery staff were very polite and helpful.”

The seller didn't bother replying but XDP was extremely helpful and customer services assisted me and got my delivery happily just in time. Would recommend them anytime. “I am disabled and a woman living alone with my daughter, I had to furniture delivered two days in a row and I live on the first floor. The driver told me they didn't deliver upstairs but on seeing I would never be able to lift the boxes he carried all 10 up over the 2 days. he was so helpful and really kind. This driver RAJ went out of his way to help me and didn't complain. In fact on the second day I never even had to ask him to bring up the boxes he just did it. Brilliant company.

“Got a text to confirm the delivery slot with a contact number, called customer services and asked if they could get the courier to call me when he was 20 minutes away, they said they would put the request to the courier. Courier did call me when he was 20 minutes away and was on my doorstep on time. Excellent service and would be happy to use again.”

“This is the first time I've ever had a delivery from XDP and the reviews left me more than a little worried, but I needn't have been. Local depot is about 12 miles from me and they turned up bang in the middle of their allotted two hour delivery window and even though the original shipper had grossly underestimated the items weight (from a safe 1-man lifting POV) the driver was more than happy to carry the item in and was polite & helpful thru it all. Reviews on any courier service are so much about driver/staff and perhaps I'm lucky that all the services in my area (now including XDP) are excellent.”
