XDP driver did a delivery at my place on Tuesday 18/06/2024.
I had already indicated where to keep the delivery in a safe place. However, the driver did keep it in another safe place. He just dropped it though the fence gate and I received a damaged item , ordered from The Range. I tried to contact The Range for a refund but in vain .
Who is going to compensate for the damaged item I received and for which I have paid a huge sum?

I would say 0 stars if I could! They said they left a 300£ bunk bed on my front garden 2 days early.... Oh but didn't take a photo🙄 took me 3 months to get a refund now a £400 garden sofa set is 3 days late and no one will help they keep saying wait in its out for delivery! Terrible service
P. S you couldn't make this up but...... photo as requested by XDP of proof I haven't received my garden sofa!

I’ve got better services for purchase far less than £10 all delivered to my doorstep so the question is why would a merchant be using a fraudulent delivery company called XDP?
They don’t even have a customer service line can you imagine?
This is the UK in this age we are still subscribing these kinds of delivery companies called XDP really?
Please if you’re out there and your delivery will be made by XDP, please please cancel and ask for a refund immediately otherwise you’ll be in the wind for eternity… unless you’ve got a blank cheque.

ABSOLUTE JOKE! Same story as all the other REAL reviews on here (not the ones there own staff put on)
1st delivery missed... No notification of intended delivery, Says 'Sms and email sent' then card left... LIES! I had absolutely NOTHING!!
2nd 'attempted delivery' says card left and emailed... Again LIES!! I have cameras watching the whole property including the road, no body even attempted to come
Since then the website tracking won't update (still saying it's being delivered 2 days ago) the app is useless - doesn't work, I've emailed - no reply, live chat is always 'unavailable'
This company is without doubt the WORST out there (and that's saying something) clearly just another flyby night company that will just screw as much money out of everyone they can before liquidating then opening another under a different name...
PLEASE PLEASE avoid these cowboys! You WILL regret using them!!! I'm waiting for my parcel to be sent back then claiming a refund as clearly it'll never arrive

Ordered garden furniture from a company via B&Q. B&Q website states 4 day delivery but still waiting over 2 weeks later with no sign of my delivery.
I had ordered the same furniture from a different company and cancelled with a full refund due to waiting over 3 weeks for delivery. Guess who the delivery company was, XDP. I wouldn’t have ordered again with B&Q if I’d know XDP were responsible for delivery!!!

I bought a bed from a company who use XPD. It's been stuck at their delivery depot for nearly two weeks. The company concerned have agreed to refund me the full amount as I'm tired of waiting as soon as they get the goods back but all XPD have put on their tracking link is 'Label Reprint'
