This is the 4th day I have had to wait in for a delivery..Monday didn’t turn up. Tuesday the same and said they didnt have room on the van. Wednesday said they attempted delivery, waited all day and cctv shows no they didnt! Thursday they said will be here by 12.29. My husband is working outside so lets see if they attempt delivery today. I did send a message to the blind company but it has been ignored. Swift blinds, I would like a refund please if they dont arrive today…the courier company is XDP…..AVOID

Last updated 6 days ago that parcel is at hub. As everyone says no way to contact them. An item I paid a lot for is in limbo. Unacceptable, substandard service never in my life have I seen a delivery company tis bad. And there are a few contenders.

Delivery never turned up. Said it was due for delivery then it was at depot then out for delivery. Never heard from them since. Really awful company. Avoid like the plaque.

Awful company, lie saying delivery attempted when is wasn’t! Don’t they realise a lot of us have CCTV now? Then parcel gets stuck at depot & app says carded! Just have to claim refund from seller which is a shame

Dont bother. the worst company I have ever dealt with cannot appear to deliver a package they do not even bother trying to deliver just lists exceptional circumstances muppets.

Worst courier company ever arranged to pick up a return 5 times one excuse was there's a road shut and another one of there was no-one in all total lies and total ineptitude gave up and sent parcel back with another company!

Parcel delivered 3rd day as promised, an hour later than said hence a mark reduced. Would have liked more info from them as to process of delivery & not advised when delivered.

Would give them a big fat ZERO!!! if i could ,absolutely useless... SEVEN weeks i have tried to find out where my parcel has been delivered to !!!!!!!! Now they do not answer the phone or Emails from me....Driver FORGED my signature and said delivered so according to them and Ebay end of story....I had to spend another £220 for my wife's surprise birthday present and pick it up so she had it on the day....Also must of cost me a packet in calling premium rate no which they never answer even though im !st in the queue ........I wont purchase from any company using them!!!!!

This is probably the worst delivery company I have delt with. They have a premium rate number that just put you in an endless looped message. Their email support is appalling and keeps bouncing you back to their online tracker where the information is not correct and mostly outdated. My parcel shows as delivered today despite the fact I have never received it and the fact that the address is correct. The photos they are showing as proof only reveal that someone has signed the delivery elsewhere. I will definitely make sure to not use any companies that are using them.

Worst courier EVER. Delivered only half the order then falsely claimed they had twice attempted to deliver the other half. When they finally brought it they ignored request to leave it in a safe place and instead dumped it on the driveway, open to the elements and to thieves.

Now have a package stuck at delivery depot since 23rd September 2021 . No answers to emails , no answers by phone

Starting to wonder if my delivery of a large item is ever going to turn up. Notified it was out for delivery on Friday, made no attempt to deliver. Notified again it was out for delivery on Monday, again made to attempt to deliver. Now shows on the app as being at the delivery depot with 'no delivery dates available'. Tried to call but get told that they won't speak to customers expecting deliveries, only the senders. Two days of work missed due to incorrect notifications of expected deliveries and now even less information!

When I give my notice of leaving they start charging my company for all silly things. Payments always late and management's don't know nothing to do.

My 50kg quite big parcel should be delivered by Friday is Thursday / Friday night and tracking still shows that is in delivery depot no messages from xdp when and what time it will arrive. Joke not a company.

Lousy! Incompetent. Collected my parcel 3 days ago. You have to sign up to change delivery to another address or safe place. That done still no update still no item at my address or in the safe place! Cannot get hold of anyone to find out what 🐃💩 they want to give me. £10 its cost me for carriage. Dearer thank other couriers at least if they loose it there is always a,picture of somewhere! Would i personally use this business? Would I fluck Seems alot of thieving low lives employed by Xdp

Booked afternoon off work after recetving text to say parcel was being delivered. Never turned up, no way to contact them. Lost holiday time and wasted an afternoon when I had other important things to do. Utterly useless company, avoid at all costs.

Absolute appalling and shambolic delivery company, that seemingly can't actually deliver items. Echoing what's been said in previous reviews, impossible to contact them directly, failed deliveries, item came weeks late. I mean it's hilarious that a delivery company is so utterly awful at delivering items, if you want a good laugh then I'd highly recommend.

Horrendous company (as you probably are already aware from all the horrible reviews everywhere) that does not deliver anything. The tracking on the app never works, you got to sign up to change any delivery options but that would not matter anyway because the information on the app is always wrong. You may get a text and email to inform you of a 2h delivery window, but be prepared to wait for several failed delivery attempts because that too is a lie. Do not expect any live updates either. No way to get in touch with customer support either - there is no live chat, no one responds to emails and when you phone up, it charges you 7p per minute and you have to get the supplier/seller to phone on your behalf. It's been one week and I am still waiting for a delivery that does not seem like it would ever show up. Stay away from this useless company - appalling customer service.

DO NOT USE Order did not come first time , went on live chat spoke to stephanie who said van had broke down and we will send details to resend I did this and 4 days later no item but it is saying it was delivered it was signed for but not by me and no photo proof it was left at my house ,I've been trying to get in touch with no joy , ive since emailed aldi and asked for my money back xdp are a load of rubbish and should be avoided at all costs .
