AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL bought a bed from happy beds due to be delivered 20th-22nd dec ready for family staying at xmas. On 16th in the evening while out shopping and with no notification at all I get a call to say the driver is outside waiting to deliver my item. I rush back to get this as dont want to wait for a re-delivery only to find he only had part of the bed and has no idea where the 2nd part of my order is. His response "well it could still be sitting in the depot". I sign to say only 1 part recieved and the next day the tracking shows that both items have been delivered when they havnt. I contact happy beds who tell me it was re-scanned at the depot on 17th and will be with me on the 20th - well today is the 20th and again no notification and no idea if or when the rest of my bed will arrive or if this sham of a company have lost it - so waiting to hear back from happy beds to see if they can track it. If not here by 22nd I then have no choice but to cancel my family coming for christmas and thats my holidays are ruined my advice read the other feedback before using and the AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE - nothing but a cowboy outfit that should be shut down!!! Their phone line is also just a money making scam as is a premium number that puts you on hold for ages without answering so quickly gave up on that! Thanks for ruining my christmas XDP!!

XPD are an absolute Joke, worst courier out there! Failed deliveries, turned up yesterday with one of two parcels in consignment, good job I caught the driver as he was leaving someone else's parcel as my second! Promised other one would be here today, its not! Impossible to contact them and their app is useless!

We have waited 4 times for a delivery. Your app is not used by your drivers. Then after waiting before and after the time given for delivery, the item is labelled as returned with no reason given after delivery time has expired. We are claiming a refund from waifair with a recommendation to all our contacts never to use them as a purchase company due to their delivery company choice.

Absolute joke of a delivery company gave 5 minute notice rude drivers no customer service we had to use them because of company that we ordered from if we had known how bad they were we would never had ordered from the company

An absolute joke of a company. Said attempted delivery and left a card - a complete lie as I have a camera outside my house and was at home and no delivery was attempted. The live chat doesn't work, they don't respond to emails and there is no way to get through on the phone. Nothing short of criminal.

VERY BAD DELIVERY COMPANY!!!!!!!!!! They wont answer my calls and messages! Ive tried every day. But im not leaving it. This company will have problems. My parcel isnt delivered. My order has my name on it Odeta. Theres cameras at my house and there was no order delivered! My order needs to be delivered this week! Or you will have problems, i have all proof.

Failed to deliver on scheduled day. No response to any emails no way of contacting. Falsely claimed four days later to have delivered. No attempted delivery on my CCTV. Awful website, awful tracking. No idea where my parcel is and they refuse to get back to me. Recently removed the chat feature from their website not that it ever worked but this probably down to the quantity of failures they have right now. Awful awful company and will refuse to work with any company who uses them for large item delivery from here on. Hope future prospective clients see all the negative reviews right now and consider alternatives

They marked my item as delivered but never happened. There is no way to get in contact with them. Posted a picture with a signature like I have received my item. This is fraud, false signature. On the map you can see where the item was delivered and this is at the mall. This guys are just stilling parcels. I have raised a complaint with the supplier and wait for a solution now. Just avoid this thieves!

No updates in a week. Then an update that parcel is out for delivery ETA N/A. What ??? That was a day and a half ago. What ever happened to trading standards.

The most dreadful company I've ever experienced. They never update their tracking on the website, they never deliver when they say they're going to, and if you ever manage to get through to someone on their phone number, they hang up when you say a delivery hasn't happened.

Never do not take a contract to work with them. I have 2 depot where I work 609 Rochester and 703 Brentwood. I have vans from there company without any reason they come in the night and take van with drivers belongs. When I give notice of leaving because I was on minus with my business they start to over charge me. They take money with out reason. Managers are with out experience and they just know to charge you. Not even main office is not helping they keep there side and you just must go in court with them to take your money back. So better do not sign a contract with them.

This is the 4th day I have had to wait in for a delivery..Monday didn’t turn up. Tuesday the same and said they didnt have room on the van. Wednesday said they attempted delivery, waited all day and cctv shows no they didnt! Thursday they said will be here by 12.29. My husband is working outside so lets see if they attempt delivery today. I did send a message to the blind company but it has been ignored. Swift blinds, I would like a refund please if they dont arrive today…the courier company is XDP…..AVOID

Last updated 6 days ago that parcel is at hub. As everyone says no way to contact them. An item I paid a lot for is in limbo. Unacceptable, substandard service never in my life have I seen a delivery company tis bad. And there are a few contenders.

Delivery never turned up. Said it was due for delivery then it was at depot then out for delivery. Never heard from them since. Really awful company. Avoid like the plaque.

Awful company, lie saying delivery attempted when is wasn’t! Don’t they realise a lot of us have CCTV now? Then parcel gets stuck at depot & app says carded! Just have to claim refund from seller which is a shame
