“I bought a big order of parts to replace the turbo and exhaust manifolds on my 06 GMC Duramax truck. I made the mistake of ordering a PPE aftermarket downpipe. The DP interfered with the transmission dipstick and just wouldn't fit. I tried without success to return the NEW-Un-used part. Absolutely NO help from XDP. These clowns are glad to sell you parts, but will not stand behind their products! Stay away!! Caveat Emptor (Buyer Beware) Run in the other direction.”

They lost my item, did not take ownership, I was doing the run around and then they found it after getting some pressure and it was damaged by them like they threw it in the van when loading it.

“I received my 2 hour time slot, was home allday and no one arrived. I then got a call saying I had rejected the item... firstly, no one attempted delivery, secondly, why on earth would I reject delivery?? The app said the driver was 9 stops away from my house - this actually didn't update or change allday which shows the app and tracking is a waste of time like the company itself!!! He told me on the phone they would attempt to redeliver tomorrow I insisted they send the driver back today considering the driver is a liar quite clearly. After reading the recipes that have been left about this company I have now decided to cancel my order completely and order with someone who uses a reputable company and NOT XDP. Bunch of clowns!!!!”

“Absolutely hopeless, I don’t even want to give them any stars but had to because I wanted to write a review so this company gets no stars from me, they attempted to deliver to me 2 weeks early without any notification that they were doing so guess what, I was at work so no one at home. 2nd attempted delivery for this delivery I have taken a full day of work and stayed in the house. I then get 2 text messages the first text was at 13.56 pm and the 2nd text at 15.39 saying item will be delivered between 4pm and 6pm. I got an email saying that it was another attempted delivery at around 2.30 pm. This time I was at home but whoever tried to deliver item didn’t bother to ring buzzer at front door. They are a bunch of amateurs if you are reading this and in need of a courier company. DONT USE THIS SHOWER OF AMATEURS”

“Dreadful. Ordered a blind through 247 Blinds. Received an email and a text saying delivery would be between 9:17pm and 11:17pm. Sat up until after midnight. Just before going to bed an email arrived timed at 10:38 saying a delivery had been attempted. Doorbell never rang, security light never came on. Now can't get hold of them to rearrange a delivery. Looking at these reviews why are companies using them?”
“As with everyone else reviewing XDP, they are basically crooks. They didn’t turn up, yet sent me an email saying they’d attempted delivery, attaching a photo of a delivery receipt on the drivers leg, in his van.
Obviously I was sitting in my front room next to the door during the time they ‘attempted delivery’. They will be charging the company to deliver, then blaming the customer and getting a re-delivery fee.
Absolutely appalling service. I urge people to complain to the retailers, so they can choose better partners”
“Have just received my delivery by XPD from ALDI (Garden Shredder). I have been updated at each stage via their tracker system, and delivery was within the afternoon (scheduled 3.30 to 5.30 pm) delivery slot (delivered 4 days from placing order with ALDI). The driver was very cheerful, chatty and also helpful as he brought the (very heavy) package indoors for me. I had seen some very negative reviews of XPD, which did give me some concern, but I guess most people only write reviews when they get a bad service, but not the good, so just trying to address the balance.”

Delivery expected that day? Take a map of the UK and close your eye, stick a pin in it and that's where your delivery will be! You may as well do this rather than rely on XDP's so called "tracking". About as much use as a chocolate teapot!
Don't think you can call or contact them either. They are as elusive as it gets. Decent companies have staff answering free or low cost phone lines or emails. NOT XDP. 7p per MINUTE to stay on hold for over an hour and still not get hold of a human being!
Do yourself a favour and do an internet search for their reviews BEFORE using them. You'll regret it if you don't.

“Unfortunately you cannot give 0 stars. This delivery company are awful. Aldi use them for large items so be warned if you are ordering from Aldi online. The first delivery attempt was never made and XDP sent the item back to Aldi with no explanation and no notification to me either. Aldi re-ordered the item and used XDP again (big mistake). XDP apparently attempted delivery yesterday but I was at home all day and no delivery was attempted. Aldi have now emailed XDP for an update but I am not hopeful that I will ever receive this item. You cannot contact XDP, the live chat does not work, they do not respond to emails and they do not answer their phones. The app/website is also totally useless. In my opinion, Aldi should absolutely change couriers for large items as they will lose business due to XDP.”
