Don't deliver on time, don't answer the phone, still waiting on my delivery.

State they have failed delivery x 2 & left card. No card, house full of people, no attempt to deliver. The email received tonight ( number 8) states delivering between 6.30 & 8.30 ETA tonight .... lets see shall we ?

Where to start Driver lied by stating failed delivery (twice): no delivery notes and besides we were in both of those days Driver then arrived few days later but without parcel Some days later no word Called all numbers and emailed. No response and numbers just rang out and emails remain unanswered Driver spoke no English and was rude and unprofessional Still waiting for my parcel 6 days later I had no idea that cowboy courier companies like this were still in business Shockers

This is categorically the most appalling service I have experienced from any company. They promised to deliver a bed frame on four consecutive days and each day failed without apology. The fundamentally do not care. I took 4 days off of work instead of one to except this delivery. If I don't work I do not get paid. So I had a loss of £400 in earnings. On top of this the bed was ordered to host a couple who had booked on Airbnb to stay in Brighton for the Fringe Festival and Royal Wedding Celebrations. I had to cancel this poor couple's stay through Airbnb as I did not have a bed and will have a black mark put against my name. I lost £260 from this in addition to the £400. Of course I explained my situation in over 15 telephone calls to XPD, Customer service ( a joke) when they pick up they are rude and have so much of a bad attitude. I called the depot who don't pick up the phone and finally Wayfair, who I ordered the bed from who were incredibly helpful and tried their best. It is such a shame that Wayfair have to use this terrible company. Every other product I ordered through Wayfair was delivered through other couriers services such as UKMail & UPS - who were both outstanding and also very charming. I have been from rage to tears to just being numb. The amount of stress and anxiety they have caused on top of the £660 loss has been huge. They seem to think that they have some kind of monopoly on the delivery market and therefore can treat customers with distain and disrespect. They are unprofessional, impolite and I hope that better companies can take over their business. Here I am on a beautiful Saturday evening still waiting in hope for the bed-frame that for today was supposed to be delivered between 13:51 - 15:51 - it is now 17:51. I have had no phone-call - no communication. There tracker device does not give you any idea of where your delivery is - it will just say whether it is in the depot or in transit and is updated randomly once a day and not accurate. The company claim the driver cannot call the customers, but they also do not pick up the phone at Customer Services - so there is no way to find out what is going on. So you sit and wait and wait and wait. NOTHING!!! Maybe this company is going into liquidation - maybe all theirs staff have been sent home? Do NOT use this company. They are crooks. They don't care. They don't compensate. They just think that the customers will put up with whatever poor service they deliver. I had one phone-call from the depot yesterday promising my delivery today, it wasn't the manager because he refused to speak with me - he was "too busy" Too busy for his customers? Maybe he has many complaints to deal with. Shockingly bad company!!! They have ruined my entire week through their incompetence and disrespect.

Like many others on this site I had a text message giving me a precise delivery slot. They didn't turn up, they didn't call before or afterwards, their phone was permanently busy and they didn't reply to emails. Eventually got through on Monday - the goods are still in the warehouse. Unbelievably, they told me "we don't answer the phone if we're busy". This is a company which claims "our reputation for customer focused logistics has gone from strength to strength". Not with 80% of its reviews rated "terrible", it isn't. In future I intend to check which couriers are used before placing an order and if it's XDP I will shop elsewhere.

according to their tracking service have carded me twice which is a lie cannot get in direct contact with them phone or internet. According to tracking info delivery route 15 10-43 to 12-43 today 11/5/18 2 days late anyway no sign of them yet again and 3/4 of an hour late will they actually turn up today will not hold my breathe??

Got text this morning saying your order was going to be delivered today between 3.30pm and 5.30pm, cancelled my afternoon appointments to stay in... still waiting

Only delivered 1 of 2 parcels. The delivery was late in the first place. Email address provided on tracking page bounces back as "Email undeliverable". Nobody answer the phone. The original sender had same issue in tracing the rest of my parcels...Eventually the 2nd parcel was located,only to sit at the depot for days. A week later and I'm still waiting. XPD express has to be the worst courrier I have ever dealt with.

Absolutely useless company do not use ! Check who suppliers also use as THE RANGE use this company so I wouldn’t order from the range as you will be waiting for months for your order ! 1st order arrived damaged ! Replacement order well none existent! 3 days I’ve waited in for this to be told it’s out for delivery still haven’t revived this states it’s been delivered when ? I will be contacting trading standards 500.00 for something I still haven’t received one month later !

I waited in all day for a parcel that had a 08:36-10:36 delivery slot. At 12:00 I phoned XDP who said that they didn't use delivery slots (despite texting me the slot) and it would be 8am-8pm. At 6pm I got a text to say they had attempted delivery and 'may' have left a card. No card here - I waited in all day, we have a doorbell but no-one pressed it, we have a dog that barks when a car door shuts - nobody called. I've lost a day's pay for this. I've had past experience of XDP and this is par for the course. I will never buy from a company that uses this courier and will make sure I check this before buying. Unreliable and unscrupulous.

Only received one part of my delivery....after reading these reviews im guessing i wont get to see the other order. Cant even ring them as their number is now saying it no longer exists???

Would leave 0 stars if I could. Extremely rude and unhelpful on the phone. Are claiming they haven't received my items from the supplier even though their tracking system very clearly shows they have and the items are at their delivery depot. The answer from the customer service team? 'Not our problem, we know the system better than you.' Avoid using them at all costs.

Can I give no stars? The RNge use this incompetent bunch to do their deliveries. They don’t answer the phone they dont reply to emails and they don’t deliver.

March i ordered 2 beds from ebay.I have had nothing but trouble from xdp.They have delivered 1 bed.They lost the second bed, they damaged the replacement,they have lost the damaged replacement that they were supposed to return to the seller .I have called, emailed stayed in numerous times for delivery that never turns up.They have lied to say they attempted delivery when they have not.It is now May and im still waiting for half a bed.They delivered me the headboard and lied and said I already had parcel 2 of 2 when I didn't.I still only have 1 and a half beds.Its now May.If you buy anything and they use xdp to deliver.. just dont bother.They are the absolute worst couriers I have ever delt with.Im 100 pound out of pocket and my son has been sleeping on an air bed for weeks due to this pathetic company.

Wow, where to start.. my parcels could have been delivered earlier, but for this company this obviously doesn’t matter. They wait until the last minute. Then my order was delivered partially. Two parcels; one long one with headrails in it, and a smaller box with other parts in it. They delivered the long bit, but not the second one. Even though, there are huge black identification numbers on each parcel... so I waited. I emailed to the company I ordered from, because the numbers are given to call are chargeable. I’m just asking that why should I pay again and more for the carelessness of others? Anyway, here we are, Wednesday, (the original date of delivery was Monday,) I got the second bit of my order. And man, the state of the box.. did you throw it around in your van? Did you jump on it? Were you angry because you needed to come back and projected your anger on my parcel? The only one can be blamed for this is you. If you are unable to be organised, then this job and work is not for you, whoever did this. I hope, I won’t be needing using this company ever again in the future.

Parcel was ment to be delivered 27th April, still waiting today, 2nd May. Rang several time either get cut of or answer machine. When finally speak to someone all I get it on the way, be there by 630. Errrr it's not. Oh and they have also been going to the wrong number house. Here's an idea, get better staff, if you do you may be able to stay in business a little longer. Never using this company again

Still waiting for my delivery after 4 weeks, emailed them twice no reply phoned them 3 times on hold for 30 minutes absolutely disgraceful groupon get a grip and find yourself a useful courier

Don’t trust their ETA - I waited for their 2 hour time slot, and another hour and a bit afterwards. ‘Tracking service’ is terrible - the last update they give you is when they send a text to give you a time slot and they don’t bother texting/calling/emailing to let me know they weren’t going to make that. They also don’t have insurance to deliver to your front door (only the first entrance point), so if you live in a block of flats and you’re ordering a large item, make sure you’ve got someone that can help you lift boxes that take two people. Wayfair use this delivery company and if they want to continue their business as they do, they need to find a better, more reliable service that can deliver what you’ve ordered appropriately. We won’t be ordering with them again because of this!
