Had a time slot between 15.04 and 17.04, tracking on website totally up the shoot as it showed him no where near my home when he actually turned up, driver finally arrived just over an hour late around 18.20.
I saw him park outside my block then drove away and saw him go the other side (it is confusing where I live), managed to run down the grass bank and wave him down.
Poor guy looked totally shattered, my order weighed almost 50 kilos but he hoisted it onto his shoulder and got it to my home. Really lovely driver "Dimitar". So all in all I had a good experience this time.”

He said he did not work for Lowes that he was his own contractor and that he could do what he wanted and he drove away with my new fridge. I took the day off for this. “Ordered large item from company called Purple Leaf evening of 28.7.22 saying delivery by XDP. All I seemed to read was very bad reviews so was a bit worried. Item arrived today 1.8.22 at 10:21 within the 2 hours time gap I was given this morning. So in my opinion they were excellent on delivery.”
