“The decanter and glasses were great, my husband loved them. Only suggestion would be to make the "J" and Johnson closer... with J being such a slim letter it would have looked a bit better with the name and initial being a little bit closer together, but either way still very nice!”

“I am still waiting on my “correct order”. I was sent tracking and received fairly quickly my order… only to receive 2 pillow covers (I ordered 1) with stranger’s children la names. I called and got things handled , quickly. Were going to reproduce and ship. Hoping to receive my correct order before Christmas.”

“The wooden art box was customized with my granddaughter's name and she loved it. It was full of great stuff for a first grader. The gift was shipped quickly and arrived in good shape. Good product, good company. Jack, Punta Gorda Florida”

“Order received quickly. Although the decanter top was not shipped. I called back to customer service and the representative was very helpful starting a new order to send out. She gave me new order number and told me I would be receiving a new confirmation email. I have not received the email nor the top for the decanter.”

“One of the frames was fine, but the other had discoloration on the font. Both came with flimsy clear film that didn’t fill the gap in the frame even with a picture so I had to add cardboard in between the front and back of the frame. And one of the frames came broken; the front and back were not attached and keep falling off”
