“Terrible customer service. I contacted them 5 or 6 times before they responded. When I purchased the gift, it was a Christmas present. It arrived a week after Christmas.”

“The bag was ordered before Christmas, didn't receive until January, and it's already falling apart after 1 week of use in January. The handle has parts separating from each other already. I order 2 as gifts and was looking to order more as gifts but the quality isn't what I expected at all.”

“New to shopping online. Ordered 5 hot chocolate mugs for Christmas and when I hadn't heard anything after 10days I contacted the company and received a response immediately. They gave me tracking information and soon after I did receive a partial order and again contacted the company and again I was contacted without delay. Due to the high volume holiday shopping season they could not guarantee being able to fill my order they offered to credit my account. I would not hesitate to order again from this company because of a great customer service experience.”

“First off I didn't think it would be here by Christmas, but it surprisingly made it a few days before. It was a whiskey decanter for my bf. It was missing the lid and I have emailed twice about the missing lid with no response. Unless I get a response or the lid, I will not be happy with my order.”
