“They were quick to get our order done and ready for shipping, then didn’t actually mail for another 2 wks almost but blamed the usps system instead of claiming their fault. They did issue a refund but not until I finally started getting hasty in our communications. It should t have had to come to that.”

“Only received part of order. Contacted customer service and was told it was mailed out. Still haven't received it. Overall, not really happy. What I did receive was mediocre. A dog collar for a small dog that was far too large. Although it could be adjusted, it made for doubled webbing around half of the neck. It will just be an extra collar in the drawer.”

“I ordered a gift for my husband- the Personalized Multi-Tool Pocket Knife. When ordering I selected the design "Always & Forever" and on line two put our names. On review it showed both the phrase (on line 1) and our names (on line2). However, when I received it the item only had our names on it. When I contacted customer service about the issue I was told that there was nothing they could do- i was wrong when I ordered the item in selecting the design "Always & Forever" was the name of the item... however this was not clear when ordering as it showed both engravings on the knife when ordered.”

“My wife really loved her cutting board, the quality and look was awesome. The only thing that could have been better, I would say the packaging when it was delivered the handle was sticking out, making me think it was probably broken but it was not.”

“I never received my package or tracking info. I purchased the shipping warranty, but it seems useless. No one has contacted me to give me an update on my package and it’s been almost two months. I will not be buying anything from this website again. Waste of $35!”

“I ordered on Dec. 5th. Received notifications saying my order was shipped by the 14th which i later found out it was untrue. I could not get through by phone. I repeatedly got automated responses when messaging them. I finally got a response from a real person after multiple messages & resorting to being rude. I received 2 of the four glasses AFTER Christmas, the decanter over a week later, and FINALLY over a month past the original order date, I received the final two glasses. The product is good, but the fact that I was continually lie to regarding the delivery times and then the actual fact that it had been shipped when it clearly had not been is why i will NEVER order or recommend this company.”
