We are experiencing volume well above what typically occurs during Holiday Peak due to the ongoing health crisis. New scanning practices limit contact with parcels moving through the network, which may reduce visibility into parcel status and movement.

I ordered my kids Hot chocolate mugs in November so I could have them in time for Christmas. Unfortunately they came in January. I attempted to contact the company on several occasions and never got a response back. The mugs are cute but I won't be ordering again...terrible customer service

I would also want to take this opportunity to apologize for the late revert and delivery There has been a slight delay with our email responses due to the holiday surge of inquiries couple with a few email glitches on our end but we are back on track. Delivery delays due to the surge of orders and some delayed shipments from the suppliers. Rest assured we are formulating appropriate measures to prevent this from happening again

Didn't get them till mid january😕...and the opening to slide picture in is too wide..I need to add piece of cardboard😕

First off I didn't think it would be here by Christmas, but it surprisingly made it a few days before. It was a whiskey decanter for my bf. It was missing the lid and I have emailed twice about the missing lid with no response. Unless I get a response or the lid, I will not be happy with my order.

This item was a little less that I expected. In addition to this it arrived very late and customer service was terrible. I probably wint be ordering from them again.

If I ever get my order I'll be able to leave an actual review. My order is now almost three weeks late. When I emailed about my order I was only told that there are "shipping delays". Other than that I have received no updates or follow ups regarding my order.

Didn't realize that the cutting boards were going to be so small....wouldn't recommend buying these...the salad hands were cute and will make a good gift. We should have purchased those instead of the cutting boards.

It looked nice but wayyy smaller than I thought I was Extremely disappointed. I’m a Realtor and was hoping to gift these to clients as closing gifts

Only received part of order. Contacted customer service and was told it was mailed out. Still haven't received it. Overall, not really happy. What I did receive was mediocre. A dog collar for a small dog that was far too large. Although it could be adjusted, it made for doubled webbing around half of the neck. It will just be an extra collar in the drawer.

I ordered a gift for my husband- the Personalized Multi-Tool Pocket Knife. When ordering I selected the design "Always & Forever" and on line two put our names. On review it showed both the phrase (on line 1) and our names (on line2). However, when I received it the item only had our names on it. When I contacted customer service about the issue I was told that there was nothing they could do- i was wrong when I ordered the item in selecting the design "Always & Forever" was the name of the item... however this was not clear when ordering as it showed both engravings on the knife when ordered.

The wood was poor quality. Looked like it had a lot of “nicks” in it.

I ordered 6 personalized coffee mugs for a party i was having on Dec.16. When I ordered them, it said I would have them by Dec.15. I received only 2 around 3:00 on Dec. 16th. The rest came over a week later. I was not pleased. On top of that, the box slipped out of my hands and the remaining 4 mugs shattered. Was not a great experience.

I made an order of 8 items all very similar. I received two that were not correct. I sent multiple follow up emails stating exactly what the error was and I still have yet to receive the corrected items. You have sent others that were already correct. Seems very unorganized. You have my number if you need to verify but the orders that come keep ending up incorrect.
