“The wood was poor quality. Looked like it had a lot of “nicks” in it.”

“I ordered 2 wood round edge board. Its understandable that December is a peak time, but i do not like that my order was changed without notice. Though its was thicker and maybe easier for the company to make, but i still prefer the two toned round board. I hope my next orders will not be changed!!!”

“1 out of 4 has arrived. I had to request the company replace 3 due to never arriving. Still waiting...It has been 6-8 weeks since the first order. The one I received it’s really nice. Just wish we would get the other 3. They were Christmas gifts.”

“I happened across this product and found rocks glasses that I knew my hubby would love. They turned out beautifully but with one tiny imperfection on the rim of one glass. I informed A Gift Personalized immediately and they asked for some quick pics. They were wonderful to work with and a replacement glass was here in no time! I strongly recommend this company and their products. Hubby was really impressed to have personalized whisky glasses and is proud to serve our friends a drink in "his" glasses. Bravo, A Gift Personalized!!”

“Very disappointed that I paid for a gift (the only gift) I got for my husband for Christmas, and was guaranteed if ordered before the 8th, that I would get it by Christmas. I ordered it on the 3rd and didn’t get it until December 29th!!! It ruined my husbands Christmas gift and it was too late to order anything else online!”

“I ordered 6 personalized coffee mugs for a party i was having on Dec.16. When I ordered them, it said I would have them by Dec.15. I received only 2 around 3:00 on Dec. 16th. The rest came over a week later. I was not pleased. On top of that, the box slipped out of my hands and the remaining 4 mugs shattered. Was not a great experience.”
