The wood was poor quality. Looked like it had a lot of “nicks” in it.

I ordered 2 wood round edge board. Its understandable that December is a peak time, but i do not like that my order was changed without notice. Though its was thicker and maybe easier for the company to make, but i still prefer the two toned round board. I hope my next orders will not be changed!!!

1 out of 4 has arrived. I had to request the company replace 3 due to never arriving. Still waiting...It has been 6-8 weeks since the first order. The one I received it’s really nice. Just wish we would get the other 3. They were Christmas gifts.

I happened across this product and found rocks glasses that I knew my hubby would love. They turned out beautifully but with one tiny imperfection on the rim of one glass. I informed A Gift Personalized immediately and they asked for some quick pics. They were wonderful to work with and a replacement glass was here in no time! I strongly recommend this company and their products. Hubby was really impressed to have personalized whisky glasses and is proud to serve our friends a drink in "his" glasses. Bravo, A Gift Personalized!!

Very disappointed that I paid for a gift (the only gift) I got for my husband for Christmas, and was guaranteed if ordered before the 8th, that I would get it by Christmas. I ordered it on the 3rd and didn’t get it until December 29th!!! It ruined my husbands Christmas gift and it was too late to order anything else online!

Ordered Dec. 2, paid for expedite service. Product ready to ship Dec. 9. FINALLY leaves your facility Dec. 20, arrives at my door after New Years. I will NEVER ORDER from you again.

I ordered two personalized lighters for a Xmas gift and only received one of them, I am still waiting or they can reimburse me my funds!!! The first and last time i order from this place!!!

I ordered 6 personalized coffee mugs for a party i was having on Dec.16. When I ordered them, it said I would have them by Dec.15. I received only 2 around 3:00 on Dec. 16th. The rest came over a week later. I was not pleased. On top of that, the box slipped out of my hands and the remaining 4 mugs shattered. Was not a great experience.
