“I would have given 5 stars as the product is very nice, but the design wasn't centered & the tip of the diamond was cut off by the wine glass slot. Not a huge deal, but a noticeable & avoidable flaw.”

“I have contacted your customer service team multiple times - to no avail. The wine decanter itself was never delivered. I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of response and lack of support. I request this is either 1.) refunded or 2.) send me the purchased decanter.”
