“The package was busted and torn, not the color I ordered with no warning of a different color it looks VERY cheap and I am embarrassed to give it for Christmas. The material glued to the cardboard is coming off. I am VERY disappointed in this product. Then I didn't have any response as to when I would receive it no emails no matter how much I contacted the company. This will be my last time to order I have requested a supervisor to call me no response there either”

I'm so sorry your order hasn't arrived. I know how frustrating this must be. I'll be very happy to get this remade and sent out to you again since we won't know if USPS will ever be able to locate the package and deliver it to you. You will receive a separate notification once the replacement was shipped.
