“New to shopping online. Ordered 5 hot chocolate mugs for Christmas and when I hadn't heard anything after 10days I contacted the company and received a response immediately. They gave me tracking information and soon after I did receive a partial order and again contacted the company and again I was contacted without delay. Due to the high volume holiday shopping season they could not guarantee being able to fill my order they offered to credit my account. I would not hesitate to order again from this company because of a great customer service experience.”
