“I love my personalized lanterns! They are exactly as pictured/described. I was a little concerned about them getting damaged in shipping, but everything was packaged very well with all the glass pieces individually wrapped and secured. Very happy with my purchases and I would definitely order from them again!”

“The compass arrived and it was perfect, however, the wooden display box it came in was defective. There are large gaps showing when the box is closed and it is difficult to open as the hinges are the damaged part. I tried to contact the company multiple times in different ways and never heard anything back from customer service.”

“First off, I was very impressed with the service and the receiving of the rush order I made. That being said the fifteen items ordered were not individually wrapped and the delivery box was torn and crumpled. The items did not look like the photos online as the wood color was not consistent with each item, the engraving was also not bold enough to read unless up very close and in perfect lighting, and the quality of the items were definitely subpar, especially for the price. They will not last for a normal period of time with basic use. I would not buy from here again.”
