“They were very friendly Only one problem can't get policy on the Internet with code that was give so phoned to send an other one and still doesn't work so I gave up.”

“The service is quick and efficient and the search for the best suitable policy was very good. I found the staff to be helpfull in discussing my needs and required items to be covered and a number of companys compete to win my business. Its always a good price and competitive”

“Every time my insurance renews it goes up in price quite dramatically.have been with aplan insurance for at least 3 year,and each year its gone up, which i think is wrong. Currantly im paying around £89 a month for my car insurance its quite a lot.im sure i can get it cheaper than what i am paying with yourself ,elsewere.so if you cant get the payments lower than what they are i will go elsewhere for my insurance.”

“Not particularly happy; like most insurance sites A-Plan takes an inordinate amount of time to complete what is a very simple purchase, ie insure a car for a year. It's not rocket science. There has to be a way for someone to make insurance purchase a simple quick procedure”

“A-Plan found me a homes and contents policy with was much better value that which I had with Lloyds bank so at renewal time I switched to A-Plan. Laura advised me on on this issue, she was very clear in her explanations and took time to listen and answer my questions making the whole transaction a really positive one.”
