“The Gloucester office are very friendly and helpful, so when I received a call from Josh Portman at A Plan about renewing my car insurance I listened. I only realised it was the Birmingham office after the call and I had agreed to renewing and had made a full payment. I was informed that it would be less than I was paying including rescue. But I later received a call informing me that my car was too old for the rescue plan and that the overall cost now would be higher unless I used the suggested and only rescue plan available to me. I complained and Josh said he would send some m & s vouchers as compensation and which I still have not received.”
