“I use A-Plan for my classic car, house and daily car insurance and they really do swearch the market for the best policies. They recommend changes when necessary. They have a charge but this is usually covered by the "change".”

“I like dealing with this company. Their quotes are competitive and I have been with them for more than 15 years. Only thing I dont like is the documents are stored in an online portal which I always have problems logging into to retrieve my docs. I just wish they could be emailed direct.”

“Excellent 'Customer Service', answered my enquiry efficiently - all my records were accessed quickly and the renewal was handled extremely well - all questions were answered. It's a pity that Financial Institutions and Utilities companies cannot provide a similar service - you could teach them a great deal!”
