“I've used APlan for many years, and always found them to be constructive, efficient and aware of the market. I recommend their services. This review service however doesn't allow me to complete it properly ... I talk to the team face to face and not by any of the options given here.”

“Always good customer care over the years. But not happy i had to pay a lot for cancellation after last renewal, when i had mentioned i needed the insurance for 2-3 months as i was getting a new car. I should have been advised to go for temporary insurance at the renewal. So lost almost £200.00 in cancellation fee. So not happy.”
