“Local office, face to face when discussing policy details. Excellent and very knowledgeable staff, over many years have provided quotes at very keen prices when taking into account benefits and coverage. (house & motor). First hand experience of your claims department at Solihull when a prolonged claim against third party motoring collision eventually resulted in a "no Fault" and full reimbursement of no claims bonus and extra premiums which had been paid. Recommended to friends and family.”

“Have used A-Plan for my house and motor (x2) insurance for a number of years now and have always found your staff helpful and keen to get the best deal possible. Unfortunately, this year, the best deal possible was not good enough and I had to go elsewhere. However, I will give A-Plan a chance to quote again in the future.”
