“By providing a quotation for my Home insurance, which was quite competitive. I did not take up your quotation, however, as it was very similar to my existing policy which I have had for 3 years with John Lewis (underwritten by RSA).”

“Always call in good time before the policy expires. Allow time to do your own searches before calling back.If housebound you are able to do it all over the phone. The staff are very polite and greet me personally when I go in branch.”
