“Always excellent, sound advice from knowledgeable, friendly staff. Always go that extra mile to find the right Insurance to suit my requirements. Always consistent and competitive. Such a pleasure these days to get through to a local, friendly team and not have to deal with a call centre in a far away country where there is frequently a language barrier!!”

“We have insured our house contents and car(s) with A-Plan (Leamington Spa) for many years and are very pleased with the service we receive. Nothing is too much trouble and should we ever need to ring to discuss a policy calls are dealt with promptly and politely. In an age where customer service is too often sadly lacking, well done A-Plan, for bucking the trend.”
