“Yes. I did place an order recently and realized I made a mistake with something. I wrote to you guys to see if I could just add the other item after the fact, but I never heard back. I can't seem to place an order for the two things that I forgot because now I am not making your minimum required order amount. I've ordered quite a bit of stuff from you guys and I was really hoping to at least be acknowledged.”
