“I ordered testosterone Cypionate and half of the liquid was frozen when it got to me and you aren’t supposed to freeze testosterone.. The weird thing is, I’ve had it for several days and it still hasn’t defrosted. “I have ordered twice from them, the spectrum gear I got was all great and backed by blood tests showing products worked. On my second order I tried magnus and it’s trash, had bloods done and I have lower than normal test because this gear is way underdosed or has no test at all in it. The situation is that the US Postal Service had lost you shipment and it does not depend on us
Even more of that - we have reshipped your items for free, that is not even a part of our reshipment policy, as we did everything the best way on our side
So you have received your order, and I guess that with any other company, you wouldn't receive anything
Also, it is not the fist time you order with us and you know that we always deliver. Regarding this situation - wasn't our fault that the postal service had lost the shipment and we took this on us, reshipped everything to you without any additional payment.
Giving us a negative review is unfair in this situation. As we did more than we promised to do. Also, the rest 2 of your orders shipped without any issues, the problem happened with only one. We ask you to revise your opinion regarding our company.
