“I placed an order for a photo frame which I intended to give as a gift for Christmas. After a couple of days - I chased the company to enquire when despatch and delivery was likely to be. They told me that they didn't think there wAs any more stock but would confirm and ring back. 48 hours later that call never happened so had to chase again to confirm there was no more stock. Also had to chase for order cancellation and return of payment. If I hadn't of rung them I would still be waiting and their customer communication is vey poor. Would not recommend”

“I hadn't heard of A1 Gifts before, I was guided to the site through a search engine and I'm so pleased I clicked. I wanted a few frames for gifts for family and the range was fantastic and such good value.
