“I have purchased a few silver photo frames from A1gifts over the last couple of years. They were presents for family members. I was very impressed by the quality and the fact that all of them came in a small cardboard box. From acknowledgement of the order, through to delivery, I have had no trouble at all. I will definitely keep using this company in the future”

“I ordered a pair of champagne flutes for my parents' Golden Wedding anniversary. I received an email to advise me that my order had been processed 45 minutes later! I received the items promptly and they were well packaged. The items were as described and were stunning. My parents were very pleased with them. I would not hesitate in recommending A1 Gifts to friends and family. In fact, I already have!”

“I had a beautiful crystal bible that you engraved lovely but the presentation box was a disgrace. (Also it was not in the magnetic flip up lid as described) However it got past guality control I'll never know. i rang A I gifts and the girl I spoke to was very helpful as she had been whilst helping me place my order. She got me a replacement box sent out quite quick, but even though I said the box was not only a mess but the wrong one...I still ended up with a loose lid box. I was annoyed by this because I could have got the same item from a different company but I chose A1 gifts because the sounded better one. Safer when showing people etc. jenny Wilson”

“Generally I was pleased with the buying experience. The only criticism I would have is that my friend received the e-mail with her gift details on but the personal message I had put on the order was not included so she had no idea who it was from. It was only when speaking to her at her party that she realised it was from me! Kind regards Linda”

“Very pleased with the quality of the Christening Blanket we ordered. It is lovely and soft, a perfect gift for a baby. We did not have the time to have it personalised as we had left it very late (3 days) before the christening. We simply had been unable to find anything we thought appropriate and of good value and quality. This gift more than met our expectations. We used the Post Office Express service offered as the time scale was appropriate. The order was delivered within 48hrs as promised. I would recommend A1 Gifts to anybody searching for the ideal gift for that special occasion. Many thanks.”
