“This product was very nice but not perfect. Some of the gold lettering & decoration looked as if it had been rubbed off. I kept it because my friends probably wouldn't use them for drinking out of anyway. Plus the price was very good so you get what you pay for. Delivery was excellent ordered one day received the next. Would use A1gifts again and would definitley recommend them their service :-)”

“Unfortunately the bowl we originally ordered couldn't be sourced but we were quickly contacted and offered to be upgraded for free to the next nearest item. The item that we recieved came promptly, was well packaged and the item itself is lovely - just perfect for a gift. Very pleased.”

“Good price, was able to order 7 quantity as anniversary favours however 7 were not in stock, was communicated and rectified but luckily anniversary is far enough in advance delivery period wasn't an issue.”

“We needed a gift rather quickly and the sales assistant over the phone was really helpful. The gift came in an inscribed box but unfortunately there was a spelling mistake made. I made a call to the same lady and a new gift and corrected box arrived promptly the following morning”

“Website easy to use and product has arrived and looks as it did on the screen, my only little issue was that I couldn't easily find what the frame I had ordered was made of and went purely by look and reviews, however when it arrived it was packed well and received quickly. Thanks”

“The item I ordered was faulty and a replacement arrived promptly after telephoning. However this was faulty too and a further replacement was sent which meant that my gift wasn't available for the date I required it. A1 Gifts communicated well though and refunded my postage so I was happy with the service.”

“Glass presented in gift box, packaged well with bubble-wrap, arrived 3 days after order placed. Good quality glass but etching looks amateur, could be clearer writing as does not show up very well. Nice present and receiver liked it.”

“Generally I was pleased with the buying experience. The only criticism I would have is that my friend received the e-mail with her gift details on but the personal message I had put on the order was not included so she had no idea who it was from. It was only when speaking to her at her party that she realised it was from me! Kind regards Linda”
