“I am so disappointed I can't receive my grandchildren frame I ordered....this is the only place I can find this particular frame.. So sad.. I am now waiting for email confirming my full credit back. Sincerely, Bobbi sedlmayr Ps. The only reason I put poor, is I am sad can't order product.”

“The sales staff were very helpful and understanding. Delivery was excellent, letting me know when my delivery would be, to within the hour, and it was . “Good range and service overall. However, the website is not very clear on how to get a personalised card written. It states that this is possible, but then there is no icon to pursue this. Only a minor thing, but it meant I had to use another website instead.”

“Disappointed with one of the two items received,item was broken on delivery had obviously not been checked before being despatched,other item was great very pleased with that one,Customer service was great when phoned about faulty item just disappointed that there was not another one in stock and would not be in for a couple of weeks ,was for a 50th Birthday present . The website was easy to use with a good selection of items”

“Ordered a special present for my dad's 90 th birthday . It was a newspaper book for the year he was born . The lady on the phone was really helpful . It will arrive within a week. Would defiantly use this company again . It is being personalised with a message from us. I'm sure my dad will love it. I thought an unusual present , as my dad loves to read the paper daily . !
