“The photo frames I've ordered were lovely And great value for money. One arrived damaged and after contacting A1 a replacement was in the post and arrived within days! Very happy with the service and have recommended the site to friends.”

“The two little photograph frames in the shape of horse shoes that I ordered were very agreeably priced. They came very quickly and were very well packaged. They feel very sturdy, the clasps that keep the backing in place are nice and tight, there is a protective film over the glass and warning stickers re the glass, packaging etc. I am sure that the two friends who are going to receive these will be really pleased at such an attractive and unusual photo frame and I would definitely use A1 Gifts again.”

“To be honest, I cant really rate this service since I still haven't had my item delivered. I ordered it last Friday via internet , I haven't received a email confirming my order,(only a reference number was shown at the end of my purchase, which I have as proof) I have had money taken from my bank account for the item, and the only contact I have had from this company was to rate their service! I have just read that I now have to check with my local post office in case that my item was tried to be delivered, but the postman had maybe forgotten to leave me a card. And the company is only open Monday-Friday.(Cant believe this...esp as this is the run up to Christmas!...surely they would be busy to get orders out?????)”
