“I was in a quandary as to what to get my sister and her husband for their 50th wedding anniversary so I went on Google and up came the site ''A1 Gifts''. I browsed for a while and found an item which was ideal for the gift I needed. The product I had selected was the type where a personalised inscription was needed, but it was very restrictive in its' range of options e.g. Surname only, and I wanted to put two Christian names instead. I felt that inscribing 'Mr. and Mrs.' on a gift to my sister was way too formal. I emailed A1 Gifts with a request to put first names on the item instead of surnames and, after consulting with the manufacturers of the item, they came back to me and confirmed an approval for Christian names to be used. I find this level of customer service, especially in an online Company, heartening, they were extremely quick in replying to my inquiry and, as a result, I would recommend them. However, I haven't, as yet, received my order to assess its' quality, but when I do receive it, I will submit another review.”

“I am very impressed with this service. The website was easy to use for ordering and regular updates were received regarding delivery status and time. Delivery was timed to within an hour which freed my day up! I would not hesitate to use this website again and would fully recommend them.”

“I could not believe at what speed I had ordered my product to the delivery the next day. It only took 52 mins to process the order and I caught it at the right time. I was expecting it 3-5 days after and I got it the very next afternoon. The product was well packaged and protected, good job since crystal glass item. Well done A1 Gifts I shall return.”

“I am sorry I couldnt answer this part straight away - I had the gifts I ordered sent direct and had to wait for their comments. They were delighted with the gifts which arrived safely - another good thing for ordering on line - things are packed properly for despatch rather than me doing it. My friends particularly liked the glasses and her sister has her silver wedding later in the year and I will have no hesitation in ordering the same then. Many thanks.”
