“Fab personalised money boxes for my nieces. Rapid service and delivery in time for Christmas when noone else could deliver in time. The money boxes were beautiful too and my nieces were thrilled with them. Would definitely use them again.”

“I had not seen the gifts as they were sent ordered in Australia for my friends in the UK My four friends seemed to be delighted with them. Although it didn`t say who it was from (so my friends didn`t know either). I would have liked an address written on the back. I think the service is excellent and would recommend to others.”

“we were looking for some gifts for my mothers 90th birthday and could not find anything suitable were we live so we found A1 gifts on the internet last saturday we were impressed with the selection and ordered on sunday 4/1/15 we have received them on tuesday 6/1/15 brilliant service and the items are first class we will be using them again well done A1 gifts for helping us out”

“Website is good and easy to use however the products are rather limited. Especially for men. Men are notoriously difficult to buy for and I was hoping to get some inspiration on the site. However was disappointed to find the products were the usual "novelty" items you see for men everywhere else. Male present sites seem to think that all men like is golf, drinking, cufflinks and fishing! (Mine does not). Kind regards”

“I ordered a gift early in the afternoon of Monday 29th December 2014. As it was for a special occasion on 3rd January I asked and paid for it be sent by express delivery. Initially I was impressed when I got an email within the hour to say it had been dispatched. Naturally from this email I expected it to be delivered the next day either by courier or Royal Mail's special delivery. I was a little surprised when it did not arrive on the Tuesday but not unduly worried. However when it did not arrive on the Wednesday I was getting very concerned. As I had not been given a tracking number I could not check its progress so I phoned the company only to get a recorded message that the office was closed. It is now 5th January and still no parcel. The special occasion has come and gone. so I now have the inconvenience of returning the gift assuming it ever arrives.”
