“Website is a little temperamental, had to put the order in three times, was talking to my brother on the phone at the same time as the gift is for our parents and he could not get past the first web page. Still, we got there in the end. If the order is delivered within the next 3 days I would be over the moon! Fingers crossed, and many thanks.”

“great website with loads of good products/ideas . I love these 25th anniversary mugs. As both of the recipients don't drink there was no point getting glasses. They have everything, pretty writing even a little bling and come in a beautiful box. Also great value for money.”

“Ordered a personalised tumbler and wine glass. 2 separate items for mum and dads 25th wedding anniversary. Tumbler came in a lovely gift box which was suitable to hand to my dad as a nice gift. However, the wine glass came in a plain cardboard box. Which I think is awful as it is clearly going to be a gift to a person as it was a personalised item. This meant as a pair we had to buy 2 gift boxes so the gifts could be given to my parents together. Items were great, happy with the product. However a personalised wine glass should come in a gift box as similar quality to the box the whiskey tumbler came in as they are clearly going to be gifts. Mark campbell. Campbell.mark@live.co.uk”

Thank you for your feedback regarding your order for two glasses, we use different suppliers and manufacturers for our products and in some cases personalised item are produced and dispatched directly from the manufacturer. You order was for two glasses one of which was sent from our warehouse and one from the manufacturer, these were two completely different styles of glass that are made by different companies. We send out products in the gift/presentation boxes that are supplied with them. We are unable to guarantee similar gift boxes when different products are purchased as some products are considerably cheaper than others. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you and hope that you will continue to shop with us.

“Disappointed that I rang and asked about the delivery options. I was told that the one cost £795 was a royal mail special delivery which I chose as I work for royal mail in the office it would arrive at. Imagine my despair when i get a text message telling me that it is coming via dpd. Not happy as I won't be in and my neighbours work too. I would not have ordered had i known this”

“Your ordering system was absolutely fine but I was somewhat disappointed with the quality of the parcel once it had arrived. Very poor quality. Hardly able to see the personalized name and poorly packaged. Not very appealing for an small child for whom the gift is intended for. Will research any future items I may order I. The future.”

“I ordered the Dartington Crystal Celebrate Ruby 40th Anniversary Bowl with a personnel message on. When the bowl arrived Although it was well packed the bowl itself was full of fingerprints and the engraving quality was disappointing”

“I ordered the gift for a 50th wedding anniversary for my family members and I am really pleased with it. The pens are smart and, with the 2 ring motif, it doesn't look "over the top" but rather elegant instead. The smart box makes the present look very special and yet for a special gift it is very reasonably priced.”
