“Great service - from ordering to delivery. The website was playing up at the payment stage so I used the chat box to communicate with an assistant. She offered to call me to arrange payment over the telephone, which she did. The item was delivered the next day, as described and well packaged. I will definitely use A1 Gifts again.”

“placing the order was fine. received a confirmation email which also stated i would receive 10% discount on future orders placed, if I joined the loyalty scheme. Pressed the button for joining, put in my particulars, but each time a "whoops error page" came up which was very frustrating. How do I get the 10% off on future orders.”

“Was unsure about a personalised item and their online web chat was excellent and fast, and having spoken to their customer support staff also, they're knowledgeable and courteous, a pleasure to deal with and they stock an excellent range of items - something for everyone and reasonably priced too! Have used this company before and will do so again, recommended! Thanks”

“This was a lovely photo album for a special anniversary. Its small but holds alot of photos and comes in a nice box. It make the perfect gift and is not overly expensive. I will be buying this album again.”
