“I purchased a gift set for my parents 40th Ruby Wedding Anniversary. Very pleased with the product itself and very pleased with the service. I rung to inquire about the product before purchase and the phone was answered immediately. Th staff member was very helpful and efficient. I received my item the day after the order was placed. Excellent service!! but most of all thank you for the lovely gift set which i'm sure they will love.”

“Only 4 days to buy a 'different' gift. Eventually found it on your site. Surprised to get it the next working day so we could take it with us.No feeble excuse about 'coming later'. Incidentally they were thrilled with THE perfect RUBY ANNIVERSARY gift.”

“I bought a lovely wine glass for my friends daughters 18th Birthday. I'm am so happy with my purchase. It came well packaged and in a lovely gift box too. I paid for standard delivery, I placed the order fairly late on a Tuesday night and had delivery Saturday morning which was great.”

“My apologies to A1 Gifts for submitting a previous poor review. I had ordered a Dartington crystal 50th Wedding Anniversary bowl and wanted it engraved. As I had not examined the bowl thoroughly I had missed the engraved message on the rear of the bowl and submitted a poor review. The bowl had been engraved as requested and was delivered wery quickly. I have thus submitted this further review and would express my appreciation for the good service and response from A1 Gifts and I shall be ordering from them again in the near future.”

“I ordered a vase and requested it to be engraved. I only ordered it on the Monday and it arrived on the Tuesday - Amazing!. There was however a problem with the engraving so I phoned customer services, they were really helpful and said they would send another one with the correct engraving. Amazingly enough that also arrived the next day. Could not recommend A1Gifts enough. Really efficient, helpful and good quality product. Will definitely use again and recommend to my friends.”
