“Our order got lost i the post ( I assume) but once this was established A1 worked wonders to get a replacement to us very quickly. I woiuld question the cwisdom of using "Royal" Mail who do not impress me at all.”

“I made a mistake with my order and that was quickly rectified by Hayley who then had to advise me that one of the items I had ordered would not be available until the end of the month. That item was deleted and the credit was put back into my account very quickly. The vase I ordered arrived in time and my sister was thoroughly delighted with it. A great experience all round despite the hiccups. Thank you very much Hayley.”

“I was delighted to find this site ,as I needed some little pressies for my sister's 40th wedding anniversary . I was pleased with delivery speed and the goods arrived in perfect condition .even the boxes they were wrapped in were pretty enough not to require posh wrapping . I will just put a bow on top. I showed the pens to a friend yesterday ,who asked me to order her a set . and they were dispatched in 24 mins!!!!!!!!!! Excellent service.”

“I was in a quandary as to what to get my sister and her husband for their 50th wedding anniversary so I went on Google and up came the site ''A1 Gifts''. I browsed for a while and found an item which was ideal for the gift I needed. The product I had selected was the type where a personalised inscription was needed, but it was very restrictive in its' range of options e.g. Surname only, and I wanted to put two Christian names instead. I felt that inscribing 'Mr. and Mrs.' on a gift to my sister was way too formal. I emailed A1 Gifts with a request to put first names on the item instead of surnames and, after consulting with the manufacturers of the item, they came back to me and confirmed an approval for Christian names to be used. I find this level of customer service, especially in an online Company, heartening, they were extremely quick in replying to my inquiry and, as a result, I would recommend them. However, I haven't, as yet, received my order to assess its' quality, but when I do receive it, I will submit another review.”
