I am unhappy with the vase I ordered for my friends 40 Wedding anniversary. There is a black mark in the glass which spoils it and I am unable to use it. I will be returning this for a refund. Jean Somerville

I think it is stupid how it is not free returns. This makes me not want to buy from here again and I will not be recommending it to any friends

I've ordered a personalized bookmark as a valentine gift - product itself came as described but engraving is on one side instead of in the middle. very disappointing unfortunately

Whilst I was pleased with 2 out of 3 of my special purchases I was extremely disappointed with the 50th wedding anniversary item as it had a big scratch at the top of the slate which in all honesty spoilt the gift.

I ordered a gift early in the afternoon of Monday 29th December 2014. As it was for a special occasion on 3rd January I asked and paid for it be sent by express delivery. Initially I was impressed when I got an email within the hour to say it had been dispatched. Naturally from this email I expected it to be delivered the next day either by courier or Royal Mail's special delivery. I was a little surprised when it did not arrive on the Tuesday but not unduly worried. However when it did not arrive on the Wednesday I was getting very concerned. As I had not been given a tracking number I could not check its progress so I phoned the company only to get a recorded message that the office was closed. It is now 5th January and still no parcel. The special occasion has come and gone. so I now have the inconvenience of returning the gift assuming it ever arrives.

I placed an order for a photo frame which I intended to give as a gift for Christmas. After a couple of days - I chased the company to enquire when despatch and delivery was likely to be. They told me that they didn't think there wAs any more stock but would confirm and ring back. 48 hours later that call never happened so had to chase again to confirm there was no more stock. Also had to chase for order cancellation and return of payment. If I hadn't of rung them I would still be waiting and their customer communication is vey poor. Would not recommend

Not very happy at moment I placed an order 6 days ago and when I messaged you 2 days ago to chase it up I was told one item is out of stock so basically the whole order wasn't sent! Which is poor service. You should have contacted me to say one item not available asked what I wanted to do then sent out other items. I trusted your company as read reviews saying super fast delivery! I'm getting worried now as parcels are getting delayed due to Christmas rush

I was disappointed when my parcel arrived to find the envelope in perfect condition but the box to be damaged (the flap to open the box was ripped)

The gift didn't arrive in time and when it did it was left on doorstep all day until we got home from work!

I was very disappointed when the Grandma's Brag book arrived. It looked very impressive in the photos and arrived very well packaged but it wasn't worth the £5.99 I paid for it. It looks like it was made for pennies in China. I bought it as a present for a new grandma and still gave it to her just had to get her something better to go with it.

Ordered a personalised tumbler and wine glass. 2 separate items for mum and dads 25th wedding anniversary. Tumbler came in a lovely gift box which was suitable to hand to my dad as a nice gift. However, the wine glass came in a plain cardboard box. Which I think is awful as it is clearly going to be a gift to a person as it was a personalised item. This meant as a pair we had to buy 2 gift boxes so the gifts could be given to my parents together. Items were great, happy with the product. However a personalised wine glass should come in a gift box as similar quality to the box the whiskey tumbler came in as they are clearly going to be gifts. Mark campbell. Campbell.mark@live.co.uk

Thank you for your feedback regarding your order for two glasses, we use different suppliers and manufacturers for our products and in some cases personalised item are produced and dispatched directly from the manufacturer. You order was for two glasses one of which was sent from our warehouse and one from the manufacturer, these were two completely different styles of glass that are made by different companies. We send out products in the gift/presentation boxes that are supplied with them. We are unable to guarantee similar gift boxes when different products are purchased as some products are considerably cheaper than others. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you and hope that you will continue to shop with us.

THE GIFT ARRIVED WELL PACKAGED. A WATERFORD CRYSTAL FLOWER. I HAD ASKED FOR IT TO BE GIFT WRAPPED FOR MY WIFE'S GIFT ON OUR ANNIVERSARY. VERY DISAPPOINTED TO FIND THAT WHEN MY WIFE UNWRAPPED IT THERE WAS A LABEL STILL LEFT STUCK ON THE BOX SHOWING THE PRICE AND "MADE IN CHINA" ON THE LABEL A REAL LET DOWN I AM AFRAID.

I am so disappointed I can't receive my grandchildren frame I ordered....this is the only place I can find this particular frame.. So sad.. I am now waiting for email confirming my full credit back. Sincerely, Bobbi sedlmayr Ps. The only reason I put poor, is I am sad can't order product.
