“Used Abbey Before back 2020 great job done to a leaking roof to one side of house .. new felt put on etc all within a day FAB , scaffolding took longer oddly enough... ( Four days !! ) Phone again ( 2024).. as other side needs to be sorted for same reason & told that they don't do domestic housing any more . SLIGHT adjustment to your web page needs to be done as it quotes you do domestic as well as commercial ... & was told you only do bigger commercial jobs now & cut rather sort on phone conversation ( manners )...also the reviews say otherwise too ?? within the last month or so !! ... Shame ...”

“I have been liaising with the team at abbey roofing and they are , helpful and supportive, I can say that I would not of thought that there was such a kind lady in Kim, she has been very kind, considerate, and her response and respect is exemplary. Thank you all”

“Really nice guy Chris who gave advice and feedback on state of roof/guttering. Took photo's and couldn't of been more helpful. Great customer service. Lots of debris removed. Highly recommended.”

“Hi had chris the roofer come out this morning to look at and fix the problem. Chris was very polite friendly and couldn't do enough. He completed the job very efficiently and has stopped the leak Would definitely recommend customer service was fantastic Many thanks Chris”

“Had 2 lovely lads, Liam & Trev, fix the roof on my shed today. They were so lovely. Had the work completed even in the rain, & they tidied up after themselves. Good work lads, thank you 10/10”

“I had Roy and Reece come to my house fix the roof and to do guttering they introduced herself, explained everything that was going to happen and what they were going to be doing, got straight down to the job very lovely men polite and well mannered And when entering my property, they took their shoes off as they didn’t wanna get anything on the floors. I think that’s the first time I’ve ever had a builder roofer in my property and they’ve taken their shoes off! Would definitely recommend them as I’m a single mum and felt so it is with two men at my property Thank u”
