“I wanted to buy the 2 +4 drawer unit but couldn't find any review on this item so I read some reviews on other furniture and felt happy to go ahead with my purchase. The set of drawers were the exact size I wanted ( not to deep ) and they fitted perfectly into the space provided. My partner did use extra glue on the drawers to make them more sturdy ( as I am a bit heavy handed) and after one coat of undercoat and one coat of gloss paint I am very pleased with the fininshed product. Would recommend this product. Also 2 of the drawer fronts had small defects on them but I sent an email and they were replaced with out any quibble and with out having to wait on the phone to speak to some one. Was not sure about the handles but against the gloss they look good.”

“Good solid piece of furniture and very quick delivery, however, I was a little disappointed that only the visible sides were stained. For example the drawer fronts were stained on 3 sides, it would have been nice if that was mentioned in the description as I have bought other pieces of this range from another store where all sides are stained. That said this was a better price.”

“Delivery was quick and there was damage to the packaging. Luckily the contents were unharmed. Love this product once built. However, the instructions indicate it would take 2 people 70 minutes to put together. Four hours later, 2 of us (fairly experienced at this sort of thing) still hadn't finished! The instruction sheet was a set of diagrams which were extremely difficult to decipher and although the pieces on the diagrams were numbered or lettered, only the accessories were actually lettered. The cabinet pieces were not which made the whole process long and frustrating. Looks good now though. Just providing a decent set of instructions would allow for a much quicker and happier experience.”

“We absolutely love the Cordoba lamp table. The packages were delivered in very good conditions and very easy to assemble as well (only took less than 10 minutes to assemble). I wouldn’t say it is value for money. However the table is in very good quality and I would had to pay slightly more if I bought from the high street store. We would have buy matching Cordoba Hall table as well but the depth is too large for what we need.”

“Delivery was prompt and I was happy with the final product. But there was damage to the box on arrival and 1 of the parts was slightly damage, luckily though it was a part that would be out of sight. So I have chosen not to bother complaining. Something to watch out for though.”

Thank you for your response. We are sorry to hear that the Denver Tall bookcase did not reach you in perfect condition. Very occasionally items suffer transit damage. We do offer customers replacement parts or items when necessary.

“Overall a very easy process, great product and excellent delivery. Only niggle is that 2 of the cross strut's have not been formed to take into account the additional material from other components fitted. Took some tweaking (brute force and ignorance) to resolve but got there in the end. Also the wooden top bunk components are slightly oversized and therefore need modification before fitting.”
