“Item delivered with no issues and all in good order. Found site easy to use. Only minor issue was having to log on to find delivery date etc. Would be better with automated email”

“We have bought some of these items before for use in another room so the fact that we came back says it all really. Easy to assemble, well finished and at a good price - excellent. The only problem we had on the previous occasion was some damage in transit and the items were quickly replaced. They seem to have taken on-board this slight issue as the items are more protected inside the packaging now - Recommended!”

“We were so pleased with the two Hampton bookcases we ordered when we moved in to our new home and, as we had more books to find homes for, we decided to order two more. They are beautiful, very well made and everything about the service is also great. The bookcases are very well packed and courteously delivered. Thank you!”

“Wanted a linen cupboard to match existing furniture so sanded it down easily and painted it with primer then Farrow and Ball Wimbourne White. It now looks great and as if it could have cost a lot more.”

“The products are of very high quality and look just like they do on the web page. Very pleased with the 3 products I bought. Only complaint I had was communication regarding delivery of the products. It's very difficult when working full time and there was no Saturday delivery. Also delivery was attempted and no one was in however I was not told delivery was going to be on that day, so communication could be improved or even better weekend deliveries. But overall very happy with my products.”

Thank you for your review. We have taken your comments on board. The Capri bedroom furniture range that you ordered is delivered via courier. Tracking information is normally sent to the customer when the items are despatched. We are sorry that you didn't receive the tracking information for your order. We are going to review our processing of orders to ensure this doesn't happen again.

“Great price, good website and response to my initial enquiry. Ordered on 29th July, delivered 8th August, so a good 8 working day turnaround. The item is delivered by Julian Bowen themselves, so I think it would be good to make that clear rather than saying 'delivery partner' which is rather vague.”

“I have assembled many a piece of flat pack furniture before, and was disappointed with the fit of the components to my chest of drawers. It is not tightly constructed and as a result is rather flimsy.”
