“We bought 3 items, a coffee table, lamp table and sideboard after looking for the right furniture for our new home for some time. Delivery was quick, all well packaged and we could not be happier with the finished result. Fantastic value for money and very good looking, quality furniture”

“Chairs came up to my expectations, are just what I wanted. The delivery man was excellent he unpacked the chairs put them where I wanted them to go and took away the rubbish.”

“Great customer service with Abdabs ringing back with info as promised to provide detail about the bookcases I ordered. Very happy with the products and packaging. Good quality for the price paid and items are exactly as described. Would definitely use again if the need arose.”

“Brilliant service. I ordered on a Tuesday morning and arrived next day about mid-day. A very good price. Just a minor hiccup was that it might have been a bit quicker to build if some of the parts were numbered, but we got there in the end, but did put one shelf on the wrong location.”

“Delivery was quick and there was damage to the packaging. Luckily the contents were unharmed. Love this product once built. However, the instructions indicate it would take 2 people 70 minutes to put together. Four hours later, 2 of us (fairly experienced at this sort of thing) still hadn't finished! The instruction sheet was a set of diagrams which were extremely difficult to decipher and although the pieces on the diagrams were numbered or lettered, only the accessories were actually lettered. The cabinet pieces were not which made the whole process long and frustrating. Looks good now though. Just providing a decent set of instructions would allow for a much quicker and happier experience.”

“bought a wardrobe online and was given a certain delivery date. The goods were given a tracking number which didnt correspond with numbers on the delivery company website. As a result I had to stay in all day waiting for goods purchased. The wardrobe didn't arrive and given that the delivery time was up to 20:00, the store was then closed. The following day I was advised by the company that the goods had been lost by the delivery company and that a replacement had been despatched which would be with us later that day. So, again I stayed in all day and guess what? - no goods arrived lol. The following day I again contacted the store, who were very apologetic - which was no good to me as I had now taken 3 days off work just to receive the wardrobe, how hard can it be I thought??. The goods finally arrived the day after so 3 days off work later and with a much learned experience that I would not use the store again!”

We are extremely sorry that your delivery didn't go ahead as planned. No courier service is guaranteed. Unfortunately the courier lost the first shipment. A second shipment was despatched the next day and tracking details emailed. We were able to see the tracking details from the first shipment and the status at "delivery depot" the delivery status stayed liked this because the courier had lost the shipment.
