“Excellent no fuss service. Choose your parking place, and just leave your vehicle there until you come back and pick it up. No interference from park staff, i.e., nobody takes your car and shifts it in your absence, or when you're there. You take your vehicle keys away with you.”

“number plate recognition did not work - and my booking could not be found on system despite having the reference number to give them. Resulted in delay in getting into car park and another delay getting out having to go through the explanation yet again at the barrier. Given the cost - I would have expected better..”

“The car park itself is fine with good access to spaces. Having paid for my parking in advance I had expected to have had no worries about exiting the car park but sadly we were denied exit and had to reverse and spend time explaining the situation to the attendant. Apparently "it just happens sometimes". We were not charged anything further but wasted 20mins which was not what we needed at the end of a long journey.”
